This is a man, the rudest man, in my opinion, in America. He doesn’t even help me when I ask him a question. He says that if you don’t like it, cancel the order and leave. I am still waiting 20 min but no help from Burger King .

The employees are nice, however, the length of time I had to wait, just to order was about 15 minutes. I was the 2nd person in line. I asked if she could please take my order since I had children in the play area. She looked at me, frazzled, (I'm not sure why since it wasn't busy) and then walked away. I'm not exaggerating. She just walked away and stood behind a corner...??? Once I ordered, it didn't take to long to get the food but the order was messed up.The thing that really got me was 3 of the women who work here all have long hair, one especially long. No problem, BUT they all wear their hair pulled in front! The one young woman's hair literally touches the counter as she is working and sadly the food was well. If you have long hair fine but keep it at your back so it doesn't get into everything! The play area is actually nice and clean which is a plus. Just not impressed with service and hair!

I came with my child at 5 pm. There's a drug addict girl in the women's restroom. The crew knows this but does nothing. My sandwich is greasy and packed disgustingly. The fans are turned on in the children's area, it is winter outside, it is cold, it is also cold in the hall, a child cannot be in the children's area with such cold without shoes. I asked the manager to turn off the fans, he didn't even look at me, he quickly said no, without explaining anything. Guys, change the manager, you are a complete mess. If I could give zero stars I would give zero. The girl at the checkout this shift is very polite and inspires confidence that all is not lost.

You don’t come across employees like Jared and James too often. Every time I visit this location, I’am always greeted with a positive attitude and politeness. The service is quick and the food is hot & delicious. To give you a quick idea of how well they work(especially in tandem), one day I’m guessing they were short staff..Jared took my order and I pulled up to pay and James was at the window, I paid and proceeded to the next window and James was there to hand it to me. Above and beyond service.

I always sit at the order screen for a long time when I come here. They seem to take a lot longer onger than McDonald's.

I don’t even want to give one star. There was mold on my chiken sandwich.I can’t even explain how sick and disgusted I feel right now. Definitely need to report them! This is what we are feeding our kids with? Good job BURGER KING!

Sometimes the first place you see will have to do, especially when hunger and need for flushing water dominate your immediate needs. So it was when we spied this BK on Bustleton Avenue in Feasterville, just past Street Road. We took the drive through, and after shouting into the weak communications system several times to make our order clear, we pulled around to the cashier window and pick up window to pay for and await our grub (2 double cheeseburgers, 8 count chicken fingers, and Diet Coke). At $12+ it seemed reasonable. The actual meal did not live up to expectations. Apparently, the burgers were downsized since last acquaintance, and the doubling did little to make it look or feel like a real DCB. Edible, yes. Enjoyable, hardly. The ficken chingers were even worse. Heavily processed with filler, they were not hot and had little taste to recommend them. Fries were okay, but uninspired. Diet Coke was Diet Coke. From this exercise, it seemed that BK had fallen far behind its competitors in the burger wars. Hard to imagine we would visit another one, even if famished and in desperate need of plumbing. Brave talk, I know, from someone who was just compelled to stop due to immediate need for facilities. We'll see what happened next time.
