The server and meal were exceptional we asked for 5 fresh berry French toast bakes to take home. but we did not have the strawberry sauce that it advertised with it, when we asked at the checkout for the sauce it was a hassle to get 1, and then seemed like even more of a hassle to get two more. Our bill was over 90 dollars and we felt like we were being treated as someone trying to get something free for nothing. I 9

I ordered pancakes and coffee from waitress Kaitlyn C. I asked her for cream for my coffee and she came back with 2 creams.So my pancakes arrived and came with 1 syrup. It's like what's going on with the condiments? Are they on budget conservative crisis? It's an over price menu.She did brought me another bottle.As I was done, I tipped her accordingly. It goes both ways.I wouldn't recommend this place.

It was absolutely the worst time I've ever had here in my 22 years living in this area. Our server literally walked out. The fried turkey I wanted was sold out by the time our server got an order in. She asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her I wanted to eat. Literally, my entire family had eaten before a fabulous service recovery was made by a nice gentleman. The sever blamed the kitchen the entire time. Everyone's order was wrong and cold. Nothing was done right. Thankfully, the server who came to my aide was able to bring my substitute meal in under 10 minutes. Our bill was reduced for our time served in purgatory. The staff was apologetic, and that server was handed a crisp $20 for his service recovery. Job well done to him. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We still put another $75 into the actual store afterward.4/19/24This looks like a trend of poor overall experience. This visit was lunch with just two of us. The fried chicken was on point. The mashed potatoes were cold. There was no refill on any hot beverages. The plates were wet with condensation. There was no spoon to stir hot tea. The soup was served after lunch. The to go orders had no strawberry syrup. The register help was useless. They asked if we needed syrup. What else does one eat French toast with? Another waste of $91. Sorry husband, you can find fried chicken in many other places. What is going on at this location over and over again?

My wife and I dined at the Trevor’s location on 8 April at approximately 6:28 P.M. Our waitress was Dzianna H. She was very courteous and responsive to our request and very knowledgeable about the menu. She should be commended for being a valuable member to the Crackerbarrel family. It is very refreshing to have customer service and an employee with such a positive attitude. Hope to have her as our server again.

Absolutely horrific service. Our server was Olivia H. Every part of our meal was wrong from the drinks to the actual meals themselves. We’ve corrected her three times on the flavor mimosas we wanted and each and every time they were wrong, I’m not even sure how that was possible. Service was slow, so instead of waiting 45 minutes for a meal change for what we actually ordered, we ate what we were given regardless. Food flavor itself was decent so it was a shame to have wrong meals given to us regardless of us speaking up about it. Definitely will not return. Also each of our meals were supposed to come with biscuits and none of them did. Our waitress never came back so we could inquire on them. We had also overheard the table next to us complaining that their meals were wrong as well. Disgraceful.

Stopped by for lunch and the 3 of us had a wonderful meal.Two of us ordered breakfast items and the other lunch. Food was delivered hot and was tasty. Our waiter was attentive, pleasant, and provided everything we needed
First off there’s no curbside pickup there’s no parking for curbside. You do not get what you order. They need to get rid of online ordering because the people there don’t understand how it works. I shouldn’t have to argue to get what I paid for.
