Haven't been here in years. Everything we had in our takeout order was great. Seafood combo and a Baltimore crabcake sandwich. I got an order of onion rings priced as your typical side, but it was huge! Enough for 3 people. We were also pleasantly suprised at the prices. Very reasonable for seafood. Sorry I haven't been back sooner. I highly recommend. The food, the prices, the service and all in a timely fashion, excellent. I'll be back for sure.
Wonderful food, all homemade, nothing outsourced. The customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Not only a great place for seafood but one of those few places left where everybody knows your name.

This is a landmark in sharing a relative location as well as the primary spot to go for seafood. In the many years as a patron, the staff has consistently been efficient and kind. It's that great place you find comfort in with a welcoming atmosphere in the longtime owner/employees!
This establishment only has Take-Out and the bar and restaurant has been closed since Covid.Their seafood is still one of the best in Bucks County so don't let that fool you!I gave a 3 Star rating for the atmosphere since it only has take-out and no seating area.
Updating this review as of January 2024. The past few times we've eaten here something has changed. Fried chicken is much smaller and dry, shrimp is smaller, lobster tail is smaller and yet all prices are same as original sizes. Quality of meals has definitely gone down. We've gone here for 30+ years and something has changed. I hope it gets rectified. They had the best seafood.Love this local staple. Quality remains the same after all these years. Excellent seafood and wonderful local establishment.
I have always liked the snapper soup, but I have moved away, Recently I found myself nearby and bought two quarts from take out. It was so salty, I had to throw it out. I hope they correct this.

I have had shrimp that were bigger I received 2 oz tails. the owner should be ashamed to serve them. Friends are also having disappointed meals. when reported to owner he didn’t seem to care. They lost a good customer I will not be coming back

The restaurant hasn't reopened its dine-in service since the COVID-19 pandemic began; they are currently only offering takeout. However, the website incorrectly states that the restaurant's dine-in area is open.

I honestly don’t know where to begin, but unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this place.I had ordered the fried chicken for my co workers back in May. They absolutely loved it! My husband and I have been ordering food there for many years, it’s always been very good!My husband asked if he could get lunch for my co workers, and asked if they would like lunch from the Kopper Kettle. I told him that would be nice since they really liked it the last time.On Thursday we placed a big order since there was 9 of us. We ordered 14 pieces of chicken, potato salad, macaroni salad, and Mac and cheese.We got the order the chicken was so dry it was almost inedible, and after we took the Mac and cheese out of the oven you could see mold spores all over it!I called the Kopper Kettle, the woman was very nice and they said the person I needed to speak to stepped out and would be back in a couple hours. So I called back in a couple hours and the woman who answered the phone, (was a different woman) was very rude. The person I was supposed to speak with was “too busy” to speak to me! So I left my name and number for the person to call me back.2 1/2 hours later, with still no phone call, I called them back. I spoke with a guy with the same name I was supposed to talk with earlier, he insisted it wasn’t mold it was cheese and that I had “apparently” spoke to the individual earlier about it! Which I did not but he insisted that I did speak with that individual , which makes no sense…..why would I call back! He also kept insisting that what I was seeing was Parmesan cheese!! Luckily I had pictures of the Mac and cheese, which showed the mold! Unfortunately I didn’t take pics of the chicken! Well it didn’t matter because they were pretty much accusing me of lying, when all of my co workers said the same thing! I was also mortified that my husband tried to do a nice thing, and the food was horrible!! I prayed none of my co workers got sick!It’s such a shame that we have been going there for over 20 years, and If this is how they treat their regular customers, I can only imagine how they treat new patrons!!In these current times you would think they would do whatever it takes to make the customer happy! Not this place!!They didn’t apologize nor were they willing to do anything to make it right!My husband went over and physically spoke to the manager the next day, he refunded the Mac and cheese!! But still no apology!!!So If you like very dry chicken and mold to go with your Mac and cheese then this place is for you!! If you enjoy poor customer service, then again, this place is for you!!As for my husband and I we will NEVER go there again!! Horrible on so many levels!
