If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My hospital occasionally caters from Karla's Kitchen and everything is absolutely delicious! So I decided to use her catering services for my daughter's sweet 16 and Karla was so accommodating. I forgot to pick up my order recently and I didn't pick it up until a few days later. Horrible but she greeted my sister in law with a big smile when she picked it up.Her customer service is phenomenal. Definitely recommend the chicken Florentine, mash potatoes and grilled vegetables! My favorite

I Brought two beef empenadas and paid $17.90. The price was outrageous and they were the worst empenadas I have ever had. What little tiny bit of filling had no flavor whatsoever. They were dry and tasteless. I heated them according to the girl who waited on me instructions. 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Needless to say I won't be back. Way too pricey. Mike K.

The flavors, textures, ratios are all perfection.My husband and I without fail will look at each other a few bites in, shaking our heads and one of us saying: Karla seriously what the hell.

As soon as you walk into the store, you can tell you’re in a special place. It has the feel of an old school kitchen. The smells are awesome and the taste of the food is even better.Karla is a delightful woman, with a great team that cares about preparing and serving amazing food for a reasonable price.I’ve had their meatloaf, chicken parm, eggplant parm, crab cakes and several sides. Each meal has been a treat and has been great on my waistline while providing me with loads of energy to get through my afternoon at work and post work mountain bike rides.I’m so glad I discovered this place (via recommendation), and get excited each timeI go there.Enjoy and tell her I said hi!!

You can trust Karla with catering a spectacular event. Her food is AMAZING—we got so many complements on it—her team of summer waitresses is super helpful—they stepped in everywhere to make hosting a 60 person party a total breeze—and the food presentation and overall experience is beautiful and elegant. I will always go to Karla for my catering needs.I recommend the lemony orzo salad, potatoes, Greek salad, grilled veggies (!), salmon, and filet. They are all spectacular.Vegetarian options: Grilled veggies, orzo salad, Greek salad

Frequent customer. Luv the guacamole, salsa & chip. A little expensive. The young ladies at the counter are pleasant. Karla & husband were at the counter today & couldn't take a second to say hello or thanks for your support. No eye contact. A little rude. Need to improve customer service.
Wow! I know the prices of things have gone up, but 30 dollars for a large tub of chicken salad is ridiculous. Won't be back.

A real old-school deli style restaurant with amazing variety. EVERYTHING in the display case looks delicious and seems to call to you. I finally settled on meatloaf with asparagus and potato salad. It was really satisfying - quality ingredients and excellent preparation. I'm not out this way often, but I will visit Karla's Kitchen next time I'm here.

I work right down the street from this restaurant. I was so excited to eat here. I ordered empanadas. I asked a simple question about dipping sauce for empanadas and Karla herself bit my head off. She obviously didn't think I could see her but there's an open kitchen. She yelled at the front desk girl saying, "WHAT KIND OF SAUCE DOES HE WANT. IT DOESN'T COME WITH ANY. MOST PEOPLE ORDER THEM AND JUST EAT THEM.I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR HIM." I told Karla that she was very rude and unpleasant and since asking a question seemed to me such an issue, I'll take my business elsewhere. It's not what you say but how you say it. You yelled, your body language and arm movements show you don't care about your clients and I will not be returning.....She will NEVER get my money.
