I don't have an Arby's close to home so it's a treat when I do get it, unfortunately I've been here twice in the last week both times I got crinkle fries and they were cold. Second time I went I left got a few mules down the road and realized they gave me someone else's order. Couldn't eat it either. Sandwich the first time was good. The coke at this store isn't very good either. So unfortunate.
Have not been here in a while. This time the service was terrible. I've never seen so many people doing so much so inefficiently to accomplish so little. And the food was horrible on top of the poor service. Never again.
