We were looking for a nice place to have dinner to celebrate our one year being engaged. I have heard good things about Madeline's from my coworkers so we decided to give it a try. Everyone we came across at Madeline's were very welcoming and friendly. They have a wide variety of wines to choose from and the two we selected were great. We had the steak crostini as an appetizer and it was delicious. The waitress provided bread and butter for the table and the bread was warm and fresh. I had a garden salad and my fiancé had the Italian wedding soup and both were great. Our entrees were very good too. In between our appetizer and receiving our entrees, we received a mango sorbet and that was very tasty. I had the beef short rib and it was tender; the mashed potatoes and green beans as sides were very good as well. My fiancé had the venison bolognese and he said it was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Madeline's! It was our first time there and it definitely won't be our last!

This is an ok place...would not make it a special night out. I think they are trying to be an upscale Italian restaurant? it was not clear.They have a nice atmosphere, and the waitstaff is nice, and attentive. Their menu is odd...they have steak, but only one offering, they have Pad Thai, they have a duck selection, they have pizza, they have a "Bolognese"...but without bolognese sauce...more like a "blush" sauce from the menu description. And the food that came out (I ordered Salmon, My wife ordered duck) was a 5/10 on the flavor scale. The risoto was pretty heavy, I am guessing not made to order...The salad was nice and fresh, the Blue cheese dressing was good, could have been a little sharper, however, It was copiously glopped on top of the salad, and would have been better as a side.Dress is casual.

Staying at the Comfort Inn it was nice to find a decent restaurant where we could make a reservation. The restaurant has a nice cozy atmosphere and we took a booth in the bar area. Our waiter was friendly but a little slow. I had to ask a passing server for parmesan cheese for my pasta. It would be nice to see more vegetarian options on the menu. The sorbet palette cleanser was a nice touch. Nice that the main meal came with a choice of soup or salad and the bread that came was warm and very good.

We were seated quickly and our server was friendly and helpful. Our drinks and appetizer came fast and our salads were served in a good interval of time. I think we waited for our entrees longer than I expected, but there were a number of larger groups in the restaurant, so maybe that was the reason. The food was delicious and would recommend Madeline's.

Been there several times, and it is great every single time. I would rate it 5/5, except that there is almost always an issue with your takeout, if you order. If you are interested in Madeline's, I would most definitely go in-person. It's a much better experience. Hopefully management and the kitchen can improve takeout. Otherwise, fantastic place, worth the visit!

The food was ok but the service wasn’t great. Our order was messed up. We told the waiter & he took an item away. He told us our missing item would be quickly made. We were done with our food when it came. At no point did manager come over & apologize. This seemed odd to me. The service was slow. It makes me question going back.
