I absolutely love Michelle and Tom !!! Been apart of the store since bev was around and I have to say without a doubt what an improvement the store has made since the new owners came in !!! They listen and respond !! You need a specific item and they don’t have itGive it a week it’ll be there if they can find it !! They are always honest and fair and that’s important

Absolutely love this store takes a bit over an hour to get there but so worth the trip.I just wish they had a store in my area also because no stores near me has half the stuff that Chel Tom store has.

Everyone inside this business has a great personality. The hospitality continued outside of the store where I had help carrying my supplies to my car. The amount of supplies inside this business is incredible! If anyone needs any supplies or decorations I highly reccomend this place!

Store needs more advertising. I found it by going to my dentist n saw sign in backThey are EXTREMELY packed with every item you need to make beautiful cakes,You can find decor,fondant,luster dust choc. chips,sorinkles,cake boxes and display foams etc.I HIGHLY recommend.Value for item is Very good!
