Went in today for a quick bite to eat not expecting one of the best pizza slices I’ve ever had! I normally do not eat pizza but this was different in the best way. Fries were fresh and delicious, pizza was nice and hot, service was amazing, I think I’ve found my new favorite

This is probably the BEST place to get pizza in the Lehigh Valley. Been getting from here for about 15 years. I'm a very picky person when it comes to good pizza, and they remain consistent in making a solid pie. You can tell the ingredients used are quality. Never had a greasy pizza from them, even their pepperoni pie has no orange grease. Their dough is some of the most flavorful I've had around here without drowning the flavor out with garlic or salt. The yeast provides a great rise and understated flavor profile. Their strombolis are also very good for the same reasons the pizzas are. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get a pizza/stromboli from this place. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Pizza is great but honestly the Sicilian slices are heavenly. They are perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce & cheese. If you I would recommend you try their cheese steaks my kids are picky eaters but as soon as they took one bite they just ate it up & said the best they ever had. What I liked most is the balance of flavors with every bite. If I had one complaint is that it's severed hot & fresh I had to wait for it to cool down so I didnt burn my mouth. Definitely coming back & ordering a couple sandwiches to go for family & friends.

Great quality pizza with terrific Mom and Pop style service. I've been eating here since I was a teenager, and will sometimes drive 30 minutes out of my way for their food. Definitely a top 5 favorite place to get pizza in the Lehigh Valley. The service is always friendly and efficient with reasonable prices and little wait time. I have and will continue to recommend Charles pizza to anyone looking for great East Coast style pizza.

Loved this place since I was a little girl getting a big hug from Charlie every time my parents stopped in to grab us a pizza. Thirty some odd years later and now I take my daughter there for great pizza (sadly, Charlie has been gone for years and management has changed, but the food hasn't). I still enjoy many great pizzas with my parents too. They have a consistent crust that isn't too thick or thin and never dirty on the bottom. The pizzas have that picture perfect stretchy cheese. I admit that their toppings aren't my go-to favorite, but you can't win them all.I don't want to run out of room or lose your attention, so let me wrap this up. I would be remiss if I didn't mention their cheesesteaks which are one of my all-time favorites in the Valley. Lastly, their appetizers, overall, are pretty average for a pizza place, but I do love their pierogis. If they aren't church pierogis, then I don't know my pierogi.I recommend stopping by for a slice and a pierogi sometime. You won't be disappointed.(Quick note: the seating here is not fat or chronic pain friendly. Oof.Parking: Not a ton of spot, but the restaurant is mostly pick-up. There is not the need for a lot of parking spots. It is less than a minute walk from any spot to "Chaalies."
