Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. Just had Fairview cater a retirement/4th of July party. What great people to work with!Communication, great food, courteous and friendly staff. I know who will be my 1st call next time we need a caterer!
