Food was fair for the price. Nice selection of drinks however the service was really slow. I’ve gave this place a few chances before making this review and it’s been pretty consistent. On My last visit the beer I ordered on tap came out after my wing order arrived. The keg was kicked so I get it… but then I was trying to order a second and the waitress never came to get my drink order by the time we were all done eating so I passed it and grabbed the check.

Very large sports bar. Menu covers all the basic sports bar foods. Our bar tender was very pleasant. Not often when you order a burger, rare that it actually comes out that way kudos for that.

Lousy cheesesteaks. Terrible service. My grown granddaughter requested oil and vinegar when she ordered her meal. Requested 2 more times from our waitress. A half hour has gone by now. The hostess walked by and was asked if she could bring it. She did. Our waitress was rude about the whole incident. I talked to manager and he did not seem concerned. My granddaughter is a banker and my grandson is a manager. We carried ourselves with respect. Keystone is never a future destination!

Food was delicious. I don't understand why the all the female servers that have long hair are not tied up. I have seen them playing with hair and go right to serving drinks. They have also been scratching their faces, or hair. Never once did we see them washing their hands. The server that chews her gum. Excuse me that's not professional at all.While sitting eating our dinner. There were employees that were vaping outside and the one came in and vaped right at the entrance of the bar. Looked at us like What... apparently the health board or LCB doesn't go into the establishment . There are so many fines that occurred tonight. We have see it before. This is not the first time this has happened.Retaining on etiquette and proper customer service is needed

One of the best dining experiences I've had in recent times, for sure. The Keystone Pub & Grill has everything right. The food? Top notch. Came out hot enough to burn my mouth and fresh enough that you could still hear the cow mooing in the burger. The service? Some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. The atmosphere? Everything you would want at a sports bar. I came here with a few buddies for grub and we were extremely satisfied. I got the Keystone burger, my friend got the Black and Bleu (the burger with the white blue cheese crumbs) and we got a crab dip to share; the crab dip happened to be the best dip we've had in our whole lives, ever. Well worth the $13.99.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free choices and vegetarian opttionsParking: Easy parking, easy to get into

Good bet selection, but the good was lackluster. Chicken wings tasted frozen (strong poultry flavor like a fishy fish, for a lack of a better description). The burgers also tasted like frozen patties. However the fries were really good, both regular and pub.
