When ordering online from Gettysburg location you never know how your order will turn out. Mayo must be free because there is always an excessive amount. Order today was missing banana peppers and oil n vinegar. Had to use spatula to remove extra mayo. Hanover and Chambersburg I never have an issue with.

Orders are ALWAYS wrong. They also don't acknowledge customers that walk in the door and will literally chat behind the counter for 10 minutes without taking your order, even if they looked you right in the eye. The last two times we ordered, our subs were inedible piles of lettuce and tomato on soggy bread with barely any meat.

We stopped in for lunch while on a very long road trip. The staff, especially Brittany, were so awesome, friendly and patient with our big family and my gluten intolerance. They gave the little kids bendy straws and even came over and checked to see if we needed anything once we were eating. The sandwiches were all delicious, and we would definitely be regular customers at that location if we lived near by! I was really impressed and thankful for their hospitality especially during this busy week of Thanksgiving travel!

This is my 3rd attempt going there. 1 time soccer games ordered and had a hour wait time. 2 time walked in and a lot of training going on and it was a 45 min wait. Now this is crazy. The 3rd time and my last..,...called in order was given a 15 min ready time. Arrived and the order was not done. Then I heard them say they were doing the cold sub now......your kissing they did my Philadelphia cheese steak first and now waiting 30 min for one sub? OMG.... Got home 15 min ride and aub was not hot and bread was soggy. I called and they said we are so sorry .,....bring it back and we will have a fresh one ready when you arrive. I told him to F himself I shouldn't have to drive back 15 min and home 15 min two times a a two giant sub order. My last time there and will spread the comments to all who ask about the place.

The food was great as it always is at any Jersey Mike’s. This was our first time at this location. I loved walking in and being greeted by all the staff, and hearing them laughing and the music playing. It was such a great vibe :-) thank you for making an ordinary stop for dinner, extra special. ❤️Kid-friendliness: The staff were so sweet they helped both my kids choose which sub they wanted and gave both of them a free cookie. I find most places the staff typically just talk to the parents, but all the staff were joking around with both of them and asking them directly what they would like.

Every single time I receive an order (Uber eats) I end up waiting 25+ minutes without even being acknowledged. I understand being busy, but to see someone standing there for that amount of time without speaking to them is terrible customer service. Today I waited 30 minutes and when I finally asked how much longer an order would be, they told me they were out of something the customer ordered. So let me stand there for that long and don’t resolve the issue. I won’t be accepting orders from this location anymore as it’s a waste of time.

Went above and beyond! I wanted my tuna wrap more like a tuna melt, and the one employee there(which I wish I would have caught his name) assured me, that he had a creative idea that he thought would work. Although it took a couple extra seconds, my tuna "melt" wrap turned out warm with melted gooey cheese. ? Definitely worth an extra tip! Great job guys!
