DO NOT go to this Montezumas in Gettysburg ! I ordered queso and chips to go for my family, we got home and ate a little less than half and found a bug/roach in the queso! Called and informed them and the woman on the phone was laughing when explaining to her manager(she must've thought she was on hold). They stated that they could replace it with something else lol ..Absolutely not !!!! Terrible customer service and they have BUGS in the food ! 0 STARS !!

AmeriMex 100%. Orders come out fast & hot, but food here is just not up to par. Small dining room gets crowded quickly. Nothing here worth coming back for.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and we almost left because of how rough the place looked. This place doesn't have a bar either. I haven't ever been in a Mexican restaurant that didn't serve margaritas before or Corona. But when our food came out, I have to say it was the best Mexican food I've eaten in this area. We were pleasantly surprised. I would go back every week if they served Margaritas. The lunch menu was priced a little on the high side but you get what you pay for. The supper menu is too expensive for this place. So if we go back, we will go for lunch. They really need to give this place a face lift though.

Good food at very good prices. The inside was spotless, there was ample parking, and the staff was nice.Also, the chips and salsa were clearly made fresh - just as delicious as the main meal. =)

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Gettysburg. We meet with friends in Gettysburg twice a year and make a special trip to Montezuma!
In full transparency, we just moved to this area after 15 years in Texas. I wanted to love this restaurant, as we miss great Mexican food.The Pro: Very fast service, even though they were very busy with a line on a Sunday afternoon.The Con: The restaurant could use a good cleaning. The menus, booth and floors were very sticky. And the bathroom was very dirty.The Neutral: The food. It was OK. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. The guacamole was very smooth and tasteless. The fish tacos were OK. The Fiesta Sampler included mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers? Why?We will give Montezuma another try. Hopefully there are other Mexican restaurant options in Gettysburg.
