This is the second time i’ve encountered this. I do uber eats and door dash .I never know if doors are going to be closed at 5:00 or 5:30PM due to unknown reasons. I prefer to go through drive thru for this reason also because of inclement weather. I believe corporate really needs to look into this because this is happening more frequently that I’ll come to pick up Door Dash and lobby is closed. Today i went to pick up order for baked potatoes and they didn’t have them ready they were in oven cooking at 5:40 and had an hour to cook. in all honesty if you’re closing your doors so early before closing when it’s still daylight out because you’re shortstaffed that’s really not our problem that’s managements problem and they need to figure it out. but I know that if I was head of one of the fast food places and I found out that my store was getting the doors closed super early I would not be too happy!
