We met to have a family celebration. The waitress was so nice. There were 8 adults and 2 children. She was patient with us we barely had to ask for a refill. If we asked for anything, she was so quick.

Had terrible service. The server was so rude. We usually go to Applebees at least once every 2 weeks or more. We ordered a 6oz sirloin to go with fries and broccoli. I looked at the to go order-no fries and about 3 pieces of broccoli. I asked for these items and got a little nasty attitude. Got the fries and when she brought the broccoli she said here is your extra broccoli. "Extra"? Then we looked at the receipt and noticed there was no charge for the to go. Told her she forgot to put it there was no charge. She nastily grabbed the receipt, crumpled it to and said-yes there is. Very rude-maybe we shouldn't have been honest. Never again. Won't be visiting any time soon.

We haven’t order from here in a while and got takeout and we were really impressed with the food.
We received terrible and rude service last night from Shelby, our server. On an evening of 10°F outside, she opened the window screen next to our table, which allowed the heat to escape and our table to become very cold. As she swept the floor under the booth next to us, she literally tilted the table and allowed it to slam against the booth seats at our backs. This jostled our seats so badly, we were quite startled, and it felt like we were pushed! She never refilled our drinks either or asked if we needed anything. Clearly, she wanted us to leave! No manager around either!We'll pick somewhere else next time. Seems like a lack of oversight.

We stop here for Happy Hour when we don't know where to go. Love the half price apps and reasonably priced draft beers. The service at the bar seating is always excellent.

Just wanted to write real quick and say I was here with my brother and niece + nephew last weekend and Victoria S. was our server and she was the BEST! So attentive and sweet!
Had a pretty average what you would expect experience at Applebees recently. We went on a Saturday right when they opened for lunch. The hostess was a little odd and not very friendly. We were seated in a booth by the window. It was FREEZING. I suspect they had the AC blowing or something because it was significantly warmer outside. Mind you we are in our late 20s/early 30s and rarely get cold, so it was noticeably cold. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp and my husband got a burger. The shrimp were delicious! The chicken was okay but had somewhat of a weird soap taste. I wasn't sure if it was a weird seasoning or legitimate soap residue on the skillet. My husbands burger and fries were tasty. Our server was nice and brought me a to go cup for my drink which I appreciated!

Congenial staff, food properly prepared, especially the onion soup ?. A bowl ? of soup ? should be larger, but was very good nonetheless. Service slightly better than the McKnight Road facility. Close, but slightly better.

Service good, food so so. Ordered a swiss bourban burger and it was GREASY ! Definitely cheap beef. Couldn't pick up the burger without gettin a grease bath. But other than that?

Here for Book Club with 6 total guests. Service was slow, but pleasant. Drinks were forgotten, food came at all different times. One meal was forgotten. No price adjustment was offered.Manager didn't stop by to improve the situation.
