We ate outside on the back lawn under lovely huge trees. It was a perfect evening, and a few others were outside at tables also. None of us were on top of each other so you felt comfortable and private. Food was very good, interesting combinations and very tasty.

A beautiful restaurant with a great outdoor space for the warmer months, and a cozy quaint indoor space for the colder months. The menu has a variety of food for every preference, and the restaurant is super accommodating if you want to make alterations. My favorite is their mushroom soup for your appetizer, rosa sauce (ask for it to be spicy if you like heat!) with chicken for your entree, and the chocolate mousse for dessert! So so delicious — It has become our go-to restaurant!!

Beautiful open patio with meticulously kept gardens. Birds chirping ... gorgeous outdoor setting. Waiter Azin was attentive, cheerful and engaging. Food was stupendously delicious. My favorite restaurant! Best kept secret. After dinner Azin gave us a private tour of the wine cellar in the inside of the restaurant. It was a perfect way to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I kind of don't want to tell everybody how great it is there because I don't want it to become too popular for selfish reasons... Thanks for a wonderful evening

while making reservations, asked if there was a 'special event'. Answered - yes, birthday. However, that was as far as it went. If asked about a special event, and the restaurant does nothing for it, then what is the point in asking?

this is such a cute place. food was very good, our waiter was attentive, it was quiet because there weren't many customers but we didn't really notice and enjoyed the music playing in the background. overall we loved the place and would come back to enjoy the patio or come back inside.

The concept of this restaurant is nice - quaint - lovely. Poor signage on the street made it a bit hard to find. There are very few low-carb options on the menu. The prices seemed a bit high for the portion size you receive. Limited bar. The night we were there they were out of strawberries (which isn't good if you have a strawberry walnut salad and a strawberry margarita on your menu). Ambiance is a 10, but probably not going back. Ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was ridiculously dry - very disappointing.

Excellent, interesting food made with good ingredients. It was flavorful without being salty, which was a welcome change from the other 6 restaurants we tried in the Philadelphia area in the past 3 days. The food was healthy, not greasy at all. Excellent flatbread. We didn't try the wine because we thought the grapes were local, but it turns out they're from Napa. Have to try it next time we visit the area!
We had a wonderful dinner at Byrsa. There were 6 of us. The mushroom soup is phenomenal and not heavy at all. So flavorful. We ordered a pizza to share as an app, and it was delish! The Paella was also done to perfection, and as requested, no salt was added. We shared that dish as well, Although that wasn't my request for no salt, I may order it in the future without added salt, as it was perfect! The only dish we weren't thrilled about was the pasta w/ beef bolognaise. It was on the sweet side which is not preferable to 2 of us who had some of that. Our server, who is from Tunisia and only in the US for 2 months, was wonderful, patient, friendly and efficient. He was a big part of the wonderful night!!

Go here!! The pictures online don't do it justice. As you walk up the brick pathway towards the custom "Byrsa Bistro" sign, you're instantly transported to an almost fairytale-like backyard garden with plenty of tables for outdoor dining, adorned with string lights that really just make it the most beautiful atmosphere. Stepping inside the restaurant, you're surrounded by cozy tables and eclectic decor. The old house that the restaurant is in must have so much history. We even walked down into the basement to check out the wine cellar - so cool! We ate on the main floor close to the centrally located bar. It really just has a cozy family feel while also being an upscale restaurant. They played some great music which added to the whole atmosphere.We brought our own wine (BYOB with no corking fee, yay !), and we ordered the Mediterranean Sampler as our appetizer. Our absolute favorite part was the warm fresh pita in the roasted vegetable puree! We then got the paella and the chicken gnocchi, both of which were delicious. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Thank you to our server, Rami! You were wonderful! We will definitely be back!
Such a wonderful restaurant, nice atmosphere and delicious food! The staff wasn't expecting our large party and were doing their best to accommodate us. They were patient and kind enough to do separate checks for us too! You will enjoy the interesting variety of dishes on the menu from artisan pizzas to paella to lamb brisket.
Party of 5 for Birthday dinner for my 25 y/o son. All appetizers and entrees were exceptional. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. Can't wait for the weather to cooperate to dine outside.

The ambiance and service was impeccable. My only issue was the pasta dishes did not have enough of their respective protein. The shrimp Rosa was delicious but only 4 small shrimp and the lamb cavitelli lacked the lamb.
