We used to go all the time but the service is awful. They never answer the phone, the app is always down and if we can actually place an order is wrong 100% of the time or not even started by the shared pick up time.

Terrible, terrible staff! Rude to begin, but the underlying feeling is it’s just about the money. Yes, businesses are for profit. However, most of the businesses I choose to do business with make the EFFORT to engage with their customers. It doesn’t cost a thing to be friendly. When I read other reviews I couldn’t help but notice that they aren’t being written by a human. Instead, I realize that they use an AI program — Artificial Intelligence! if you read the gibberish in the follow up responses, notice how nothing adds up to an actual person taking the time to truly care enough to personally respond. Don’t be surprised when this location goes out of business.

Seems like staff at this place intentionally avoid adding all the ingredients that was mentioned on the menu board, out 4 they just add 2 try’s to get rid of customers. Disappointed by staff behavior.
MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT!Especially if Rocky M is your serverHe charged us for a larger size for one drink and received smaller. There was another charge for no line item then on top of all that he put a 20% tip when I know I didn’t give a tip. I will never go back again. This happened 9/30/23. It’s a shame because the quality of the product is wonderful but I will not be paying for things I didn’t order! Sneaky people working there!!!!

First time at a Clean Juice and I feel like it's the Pilates studio of drink places. Very minimal decor, neutral colors and everything on the menu is the "xxxx one". So I got the Peanut Butter One as there is something about PB in a smoothie that is liquid perfection to me. I got the smallest size with no add ons. Maybe I have been ruined by sweeteners and artificial flavors, maybe it was because I was on the tail end of being stuffy due to allergies but the Peanut Butter One wasn't hitting the way I hoped it would be. Looking at the ingredients, it is very much natural and organic but I really wish that it was sweeter than it was. I am a big fan of Smoothie King and I realize that these may be for different audiences. I want to try Clean Juice one more time but I will look at the menu before going in and plan out a different drink to see if I can find something that works for me Service was good. You can either order at the counter with a person or use the touch pad terminal.

I had a door dash order here. I walk in the workers don’t greet you at all they look you in the face in act like you don’t exist. I set there for ten minutes as no one asked me if I needed help. But continue to work on other’s peoples things when they came in. The workers Attitude Wasn’t friendly at all. I had to finally say something to them. I don’t know if it’s because I’m colored but that’s what it seemed like. That was a very uncomfortable feeling. They need to train their workers to treat everyone the same not just certain people.
