I wish I could give 0 star. I was in line for 20 minutes to make an order. When I get to the window, they told me I have to leave the line and go inside because they have other people waiting. The manager was so rude to me. After telling them that I’ve been in line for 20 mins to place an order they still went ahead to not give a damm. I will never come back here. I wish management see all these horrible comments and hire new people!!!!

I don't get it. Lately, every time I pick up my usual black tea, it tastes like coffee. It's like they aren't cleaning the equipment. Naturally, I've started hitting Starbucks for black tea. C'mon Dunkin' clean the equipment!!!

Getting overpriced for egg sandwiches given the quality.Watched a guy touch his face and scratch himself with gloves on that he had been handling food with. I have serious health code concerns, will not return. My wife was disgusted.

I've been here before and the coffee was horrible so months later I tried again and got a sandwich and coffee the coffee was the same it don't taste fresh the sandwich had some was on a a large roll way bigger then the egg I had to throw half away I love dunkin's but I won't be going back to this

thw place was very dirty. The service was horrible. We kept talking on what we want, and all the man said to us is that all is that all is that all and anything else anything else anything else very rudely I asked for a chocolate doughnut and a strawberry doughnut they gave me my strawberry doughnut, and the icing was all melted. They didn’t have a chocolate doughnut, but instead of saying that they gave me a glazed doughnut with sprinkles if they would’ve said, we don’t have chocolate I would’ve gotten another strawberry glazed doughnut, with sprinkles was very soggy and disgusting. My refresher tasted like two separate things not a syrup and a water mixed together. In my opinion the sunken should be knocked down and someone should build a Starbucks. Customer service has really gone downhill. Went there at 6:40pm tonight and even though they don’t close until 7, they refused to serve me so they could clean. They also mess up my drink orders a lot. Time to find another go to coffee spot.

Worst Dunkin donuts ever. Do not recommend. It is close to my house, so I end up going here when I'm pressed for time, and it amazes me how they disappoint EVERY time.From claiming they are closed hours before they are supposed to, even though staff is there, to putting cold cheese on a breakfast sandwich that is supposed to be toasted and melted, to not blending their lattes, and not to mention how they rush you through the drive through and are extremely rude taking payment and serving their food, the order is somehow always wrong. I have been to a lot of fast food places and a lot of Dunkin donuts, and this is by far CONSISTENTLY the worst experience.
