My husband and I were nearby at Longwood Gardens, we decided to get a late breakfast so on the way we went to a IHOP. The first one we went to was just in Delaware county and it was horrible. I did leave a review for that place. It took More than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, finally seated, waited nearly another 10 minutes no one came to take our order so we left. Chef Adam did his Thang... The waffles were done to perfection, and the steak omelet was prepared with love. The hashbrowns were buttery and warm. Everything was delicious and fresh. We even spoke to him and told him how well our food was. He was so appreciative and grateful and humble. The staff was nice as well. I would recommend this place for brunch or breakfast if you are in the area.

This is not a bad place. Food was really good and manager acknowledged their shortcomings. It's the after covid effect of nobody wanting to wheel service jobs. They made up for it with the food being hot and ready and surprisingly good.
