“Okay so I honestly visit this store twice a week or more in the summer. Staff totally rocks and they always hustle their butts off. I love the Strawberry Hulk and Banana Boat. Love the rewards system and I'm always walking with a smoothie or 2 for the next day. Hours were crazy during covid but now you can stop by just about any reasonable time and they will serve you.“
“10/10 recommend! Their Thai milk tea with black sesame boba is soooo good! I got regular (50%) sweetness and it's awesome! Might go lower next time based on personal preference, but definitely recommend starting at 50% if you aren't sure. The staff is so kind! Great conversation, so kind and helpful. AND they make all their Boba in house?! It's perfectly chewy and not overwhelmingly sweet, I could probably eat a small bowl of it on its own. Love this place, will absolutely be coming back “
“So excellent! I came here unexpectedly for lunch today, because the place that I wanted to go to was open later. My husband search where we were standing for the closest excellent lunch restaurant, and it was nearby. We looked at the menu posted outside, and the soup and beef shawarma wrap looked good to both of us. The young woman behind the counter was very welcoming to us. She explained how the restaurant ordering worked- order at the counter and she brings the food to our table. Canned beverages were by the counter. They had a great selection. The day was warm, and we sat outside. I had excellent butternut squash soup. I tried my husband's sweet potato and corn soup. This was the best soup that I had in recent memory. For my main meal, I ate the entire large beef shawarma. It contained a lot of beef and was in a tasty sauce. I would not change anything about it. I met the very friendly owner from Lebanon. Between the food, and the friendly people at this restaurant, this is the place to go downtown for lunch!“

The staff do make bowls differently but the amount is typically always the sameDietary restrictions: I am celiac and I haven’t had any issues, I always double check and stress it is an allergy not preference.Parking: I recommend walking if possible or a garage parking option“
“So this place has a lot going for it but it can be better. What's good: - Deserts and pastry's are excellent. - Coffee and barista skills are superior to the other shops in media - styling and layout of the shop is unique, fun, and inviting What needs work : order execution - On two separate visits the quiche was not heated enough and there were cold spots. (They graciously fixed it though) - One time they gave me an oat milk latte instead of a whole milk latte. (Again they fixed it. ) -During yet another visit I waited 10 minutes for a latte...not because they forgot or were busy but because the orders in front of me had to be redone because they were wrong. It's a great place and I hope the owner reads this review to improve the training of the employees.“

“so i ordered the bae bowl without shredded coconut because i do not typically like the taste of coconut. the employee that helped me informed me that the stupid cupid base is made with coconut milk and allowed me to sample the base to make sure that i liked it! i really appreciated that, and i ended up enjoying my bae bowl (without shredded coconut of course :) )“

The reason I am giving it a four is that this store needs to get better at explaining the prices and add ons. I wasn't aware that the variations I requested changed the price. “Today was my first time trying this place and it was absolute food heaven. I got the pineapple banana kale smoothie, the hummus avocado wrap and the gluten free chocolate chip banana bread. All three items are must-trys if you go. They were so fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming and the prices were affordable. I have spent similar amounts at Wawa and Chipotle. The difference was today I felt like I did something healthy and nice for myself.“

Love it here.The girls working here are always friendly and helpful.Salads are sandwiches are solid, but not as good as the smoothies and bowls.Some negatives:They never have loyalty cards which is a bummer and prices are rather expensive. Perhaps comparable to a similar place but if you want to get 2 smoothies and 2 entrees here, be prepared to pay as much as you would grabbing entrees from some nice restaurants.Having said that - still best smoothies ever and I keep going back for them and the bowls.“

“The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, Im sure the other food is good but thats all I have had along with the orange juice.I always get the exact same thing. Froman Burrito with fresh avocado and extra cheese, its the best breakfast I have had in town.I see a lot of complaints about pricing and wait times, and Jaco has a tiny kitchen/restaurant so I feel confident they are just doing the best they can in regards to wait time.Pricing? Its definitely not cheap but we live in an expensive area and everything is really fresh and good and they don’t skimp on portions, if price point is your concern nowhere in West Chester is cheap anymore.“
