This is a small breakfast place where the staff is friendly and the service attentive. We ordered blueberry pancakes, and they were truly the most bizarre I've ever had. They were large rubbery disks that had absolutely no blueberry flavor. In fact, they didn't really taste like anything except salt. As an experienced cook, I tried to figure out exactly what you would have to do to get pancakes that rubbery texture. I've never come across a recipe that yields that sort of texture, then it dawned on me. The only way to get that texture is to put it in the microwave. The dish came out within a matter of a few minutes so that made sense. There is no way those pancakes came off of a griddle. They also don't offer real maple syrup, which for me is a big drawback as I don't use artificially colored artificially flavored corn syrup. The bacon was greasy and shriveled. The home fries whose description on the menu says cooked with peppers and onions arrived cold, bland, and tasteless, without a pepper or onion in sight. When they came around giving coffee refills, the waitress poured enough coffee into the cup to make a quarter cup of coffee a half. Typically, when you get a coffee refill it is to refill it to full, unless you specify otherwise, so that was odd. They are big on to go cups asking if we wanted the coffee to go. That seemed unnecessary since it was mostly gone already.

Meghan’s is a staple of Concord Township, as its beloved greasy spoon diner. While they’re often full, it never takes too long for a table to open up.They also serve scrapple here, a Philly delicacy.

Hungry and seeking a local joint, I came across Meghan’s, what looks like a converted and now infamous breakfast spot. With the fading sign Street side and the smaller lot full of cars, I had a good feeling. There were about 30 chairs at tables and a few barstools. I immediately asked if they had Wi-Fi because I needed to tap on to do a little work on the laptop. I was advised apologetically there’s no Wi-Fi and that they are old-school. If I were them, I would tell the customer to just sit down and enjoy your breakfast and disconnect for a spell. However, I had a time sensitive so took the only open table at a two top in the back corner right next to the window overlooking masonry patio. Just then the waitress, smiling, bubbly and welcoming as you’re going to find, pegged me for a coffee drinker. She was right and I ordered my first coffee along with a basic eggs, home fries, meat, and toast breakfast. The meat and the toast are the two most important aspects of this meal for me, so I always ask which of their meats they recommend the most, and that my go to is pork roll cooked well done. Under advisement that their pork roll was the best around, I went with it along with rye toast. Food came out so quickly. I had barely set my laptop up, so I dug right in. I think it may be the first time that I didn’t take photos of the food. A combination of being famished and a near perfect thick cut pork roll, I got right to business. And before I realized I hadn’t taken my pre-meal photo, all that was left was a piece of toast. The interior decor was neutral with beige ceramic tile floors, and a beige painted upper wall with white wainscoting on the lower portion. The surrounding was alive with everyone chattering. It’s comforting and feels good to be in a place where so many patrons come in and hug the waitresses a friendly hello like old friends visiting after a long time apart. Not wanting to disappoint the audience, I ordered a single blueberry pancake, so I could get at least one photo. The thing was blue and wasn’t the best pancake I’ve had, but the consistency was interesting. I slathered it up with real butter and store-bought maple syrup. Eggs were cooked well. Pork roll blew my hair back. Really delicious melt in your mouth. Home fries were decent but would’ve liked to see some peppers and onions in there. Toast was delicious and already buttered up. I placed my credit card on top of the handwritten check and the waitress advised once again that they are old-school and only accept cash, further explaining that they had an ATM machine if necessary. No problem. Overall, I recommend Meghan’s for a nice quick breakfast and happy uplifting of the soul. And take it as an opportunity to leave your technology, gadgets, and highfalutin expectations in the car. This place is old-school.

Went to Meghans for the first time today and had lunch with a good friend. It's a quaint and cozy place. Very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful! Our waitress was very good at making sure we were taken care of multiple times through the meal. We both got the Reuben sandwich. I got coffee and she got ice water. Coffee is free refills, and the sandwiches were good ?. We had an incident where my friend had thought she lost her wallet and all of the employees including the manager where helping us look for it! They were very kind and understanding. Luckily the wallet was just lost in her hidden pocket ? but I'd highly recommend this place, and I'll def come back when I'm in the Glen mills area.

Nice place, but beware that they do not wear gloves when handling food. The cooks handle bread, eggs, and vegetables without gloves.I saw the cook make my omelet by touching the vegetables and toast with his bare hands, then wiping his hands with a cloth towel before cooking. This is disturbing and nasty.Owner of this please have your cooks wear gloves. In 2024, touching food with your bare hands is not acceptable.

Such a cute little place!!! My son and I came here after his nearby dr appt. Food was fast, hot and tasty. I had a MYO omelet (bacon, mushroom and cheddar) with home fries and rye toast. I'm not even lying when I say I could eat this omelet every day and be content. It was cooked perfectly, ingredients were well balanced, and plentiful enough that I ate the leftover for my work lunch the next day. My son was equally pleased with his breakfast which involved pancakes and eggs and sausage and bacon and some other stuff... he was in love and left full- if you've raised a 15year old male bottomless pit, you know that's quite a big deal. The best part was not only was the food so lovely, but the prices were too. I plan to come back every time we have to be back at DuPont (which seems to be a lot). You've got customers for life...

My wife and I had a delightful breakfast here on a Tuesday morning with her three siblings. Passed this place for many years without knowing about it, but am glad to add it to our places to eat breakfast, or lunch. Just a few parking spots out front, but drive along the left side of the building to get parking out back.Service was quick and very attentive. Our meals arrived promptly, and the three members of our party who had “changes” to their vegetable omelets all got exactly what they ordered. I had the eggs Benedict and it was great.Cash only, but there is an ATM on site. If you know where the Brusters ice cream store is located - Meghan’s is right across the street.Parking: About six spots out front, but more available behind the restaurant.
