Ordered online. I had no strawberries, nor banana in my bowl. I asked for extra peanut butter and granola, which I did not get I was charged for it. Basically I had a little bit of stuff just floating in purple juice. Almost $14 and will not go back.

Okay so I honestly visit this store twice a week or more in the summer. Staff totally rocks and they always hustle their butts off. I love the Strawberry Hulk and Banana Boat. Love the rewards system and I'm always walking with a smoothie or 2 for the next day. Hours were crazy during covid but now you can stop by just about any reasonable time and they will serve you.

Okay so I believe they deleted my review so here's another. I used to go to the drive thru regularly and my 20oz angel food is $9 since I get additional peanut butter and whey protein in it. The last few times in a row I have went, I want to say 3, they forgot my add ons, but I didn't realize until getting too far away from the store to go back and have them remade. Mind you the smoothie really isn't good without the add ons. Anyways, this time I ordered 3 angel foods with peanut butter and whey protein. Only one of them had the add ons, frustrating when you're paying $32 for 3 smoothies. So I go back through to simply get my money back because this was the 4th time in a row this happened, and no one answers on the drive thru ordering place, so I went to the window. After waiting about 10 mins just for someone to appear at the window, I said to the worker that had previously handed me my smoothies that she or another worker must have forgot my peanut butter and protein. Before I finish my sentence, she snaps back "actually I did put the peanut butter and protein in" (which--clearly not) then rudely grabs the 2 smoothies out of my hands, and throws them in the trash. Then before I could even get a breath out, she slams the window shut. When a different worker returns with the two remade smoothies, I told her I just wanted my money back, and she was apologetic while handing me back the $17 for 2 small smoothies. I'm not sure what the other workers name is, but she is rude every time I go there, and this time was just over the top. Sad because I love smoothie king and went almost every day, but this location is really terrible with food service and customer service.

my friends and i are regulars at smoothie king, our orders are all the same. we order the angel food and add protein and peanut butter in it for an extra $3. we received one smoothie that was made correctly, when it’s correct it’s this light pink color.ours were dark pink, when we went back through the drive through to ask them for a refund because this has happened every single time i’ve been here for the last couple weeks. only because i’m paying $16.90 for two smoothies. the woman tries to gaslight us and tell us it was made correctly when it clearly wasn’t. then she takes the smoothies from us aggressively closes the window and throws them in the trash, and starts to remake them. i wanted a refund. we had to wait for a different woman to come back with the remade smoothies in order to ask for a refund since the window got slammed in our faces before we got the words out. apparently the womens name was colleen.

My only complaint is that depending on who makes the smoothie, it can taste differently. I get the Gladiator chocolate and it is usually good. Last time it was made by a guy with glasses who looked nervous and had to make more because my cup wasn't filled. It was not pulsated enough which I didn't notice until I got home. I asked for banana added but didn't taste it. Smoothie was bitter and basically tasteless. Would have gone back but was in a hurry. Cost $9 too for 32 oz. Make sure trainees learn not to skip a step. I saw a documentary on how they are made and they follow a list of ingredients. Mine was lacking a lot of taste.

Smoothie King gave veterans a free smoothie for Veterans day. So I was lucky enough to get a free smoothie! I had the Pineapple Beach and it was so good!! They also had some snacks like jerky and veggie chips so I bought a couple to thank them for the free smoothie. The prices are a little steep but when you have to pay overhead and all you sell is smoothies, prices are what they are. I will definitely be back!!

OH MY GOSH. I just need to say tim and Dylan need raises ASAP. We have had the best service and they make the best smoothies possible. They are always super nice, make our smoothies quickly, and they are on top of keeping the store clean and they wear their mask! I don't go anywhere because of covid but I do feel safe at smoothie king but only when Tim and Dylan are there. We love u TIM and DYAN!
