3/3/2024 I ordered my usual garlic parm extra sauce came home written on the container and charge me extra after I mentioned my previous order again I ask for extra sauce both times wasn’t on my order when I got home… Tonight 3/18/2025 order my garlic parm the female said you usually get extra sauce I replied the last two times I didn’t received what I paid for .. the Oder to night was perfect thank you female who took my order at 7:25pm

I ordered the fried wings. The wings had a good flavor and were nice and crispy but they were so small, and had a strange texture inside like a sponge. I’m not sure but maybe the meat was low quality.

I'm 75 and was a week late in getting my 10 free wings as my kids had me busy the day of so they wouldn't bend to give an old women something she loves they do have the best wing though and I'm sad

I just got off the phone with the rudest employee. They close at 7pm. I placed order, let them know we will be there to pick up by 645pm. She says we close at 655pm. I said ok we’ll be there by 645pm. Guess she didn’t like that, she hung the phone up on me. If you know nothing about customer service, don’t get a job doing it. Very miserable person.

My company name is do it right plumbing. We were called 12/12/2023 to do some plumbing work and after I was donethe company treated me to a chesssteak, fries and chicken wings. I must tell you I couldn't believe how good everything tasted. I told my wife where I'd gotten the food from. Her response was, that's where I always order when I do party's or whatever ever function is going on. They are finger licking good!!!! That's rare for me to say about restaurants these days.

The food is great here but when I ordered tonight the girl taking the order couldn't understand me and after repeating myself twice. I phonetically spelled my address and she hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold and another girl picked up and heard my address without any issues. The grub is still good though.

When you call in an order ,i had to repeat everything 20 times. I think they hire morons to answer the phones. Your order is wrong and they want to argue that your wrong. What happen to customer service,also half the crew was high as a
THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK! I can honestly say this is the best! My husband who has had them from other places thinks this place makes the best! And actually getting crispy fries makes it that much better!

Used to be my favorite wing spot they are a bit pricey but was always a bang for your buck not anymore! My girlfriend and I ordered 20 wings & the order of wings we received were the size of a tooth pick. We also asked for extra celery that we paid for! And received one piece of celery chopped in two to be a total of one piece. So we received two pieces of celery total. SMH won’t be going back

The food is good, it is a little pricey. I usually get wings and fries.I do feel the establishment looks dirty though...Parking: There is free parking usually near the front of the establishment, but it makes you back up into on coming traffic, which makes mw nervous.

Let me just say the wing sauce is out of this world. I got three different types of sauces for each 5 piece wings and all of them rock. Cheesesteaks and fries are very good as well. Very good service with great people. Highly recommend.
