They do not have pretzels available.... We were told by the cashier that they ran out. I said okay.. can you make more? They said no, the person that makes them leaves earlier in the day LOL very sad

I grocery shop once a week at the Walmart. This Auntie Anne’s is the SADDEST excuse of a pretzel shop. Like I said I shop once a week and every time I go, they don’t have any pretzels made and they “don’t have dough ready”. They apparently don’t make the sour cream and onion pretzels (why??). If you can’t keep up with the shop, you shouldn’t even have the shop. Don’t get your hopes up if you are going in for a pretzel. It’s literally my only pregnancy craving and I’ve been let down too many times at this point that I won’t even give them money if they did on the off chance even have ONE pretzel.

I live in Florida, we went to PA. To visit family and friends. We use to live there. We went to Harrisburg to Aunti Anne's , We Love Them, and it was OUT of Business. Then we drove to Newberrytown ( Etters) in the Walmart to get some, and it was opened, 2 girls there, NO PRETZELS MADE, NONE. It was 11:30am, I asked her why?, she stated, " WE just made the dough and it will take 20minutes for me to get a pretzel. Needless to say, I was NOT a happy person. I drove to 2 different places and came home with NO pretzels for myself, husband and my grandchildren. Your Pretzels are good, but I am not happy we drove from York, Pa. To Harrisburg and Newberrytown (Etters), and came home without them. Why was Newberrytown open and NOT ONE PRETZELS MADE? And I Googled, Harrisburg one and it did not say it was closed. And just a big blob of dough sitting out waiting, a blob of dough in the the one in Newberrytown (Etters) Unacceptable to me.

Stood at the register for like 5 minutes and even made eye contact with the people in the back talking to each other. I walked away after that.

Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and the young girl working here just pointed to some cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets that look like they have been sitting there for hours. She would not make me cinnamon sugar pretzel which only requires taking a regular pretzel dipping it in butter then the cinnamon sugar mix. They charge about $5 for a pretzel and they want to pay these employees $15 an hour and expect me to take whatever dried out leftovers they have. They should just close up if they don't want to serve customers.

Showed up and there was 0 pretzels made...asked for a sweet almond....we don't make that one....asked for pepperoni one.....we don't make that one.....asked for 2 plain pretzels.....they will be done soon....got the 2 plain and asked for caramel dipping sauce....we don't have that.....why even bother being open....seriously.....then the bottom of our 2 plain pretzels were burnt.

Why even have a shop, if within the past month I’ve walked away with a disappointed 3 year old (and husband) cause they didn’t get any pretzels, THREE times. You either haven’t made any yet and it’s 1pm, ran out of them at 11am and then today didn’t have dough ready at 1pm. I wouldn’t recommend going here, not like they’d have the pretzels ready to buy anyways so don’t waste your time.
