It seems that no one here can listen properly when you order! I had an entire combo missing from my drive thru order only to find out when I get home and set my kids down to eat. This results in me going back out to have them correct it which they did without any difficulty BUT after telling them the exact item to replace they give me something completely different. How to do you hear Spicy Mac and Cheese Wrap and think ' You know what this could use? COLESLAW!' Seriously how do you manage to do that?!?! the ingredients are in the NAME!!! I wouldn't be so upset if this wasn't a common theme at this place. The other kick in the pants is that it is majorly over priced compared to other kfc/taco bells. I get it you are a franchise and you can change the prices and what not but come on? why am I spending SOO much more compared to others??

At 6pm I ordered a 3 piece Original Recipe white meat only meal. The courteous young man explained that he did not have any breasts in Original recipe and offered what he had in Original recipe (drum sticks and wings) or breasts in Extra Crispy. I dislike dark meat and I never order Extra Crispy because it's usually overcooked resulting in tough, dry chicken. This was no exception. It was the worst experience I've had at KFC. I was shocked that the supply of Original chicken was pretty much depleted at dinner time with, apparently, no more on the way. It will be a while before I return. Sad, because I love KFC and was so looking forward to it.

Stopped by for the new BBQ sandwich. Was told that it has been discontinued . How does something that they just started advertising on tv, become discontinued already. At least I was able to get the regular crispy chicken sandwich since the previous time they told me they were out of it.Food is above average..when they have it.
Sorry to say but the chicken I got today had no flavor at all. I think they forgot to put the spices in the mix. It’s a shame and expensive. My dogs will like it.? the service was

Posted closing time on Friday is 10 pm. Arrived at drive through at 9:52 pm and was told they were closed. I asked if you close at 10 why are you saying you are closed at 9:52? No response. All lights and signs were on. I pulled up to drive through window and was ignored. Employee finally came and spoke to me. Wouldn't answer why they closed early. Asked for managers phone number and he said he was the manager. So I asked for owners name and he refused to give it to me. Once I asked for owners name he said he could make an order for me. Poor service.

Hot as hell in here! It was cooler outside and it's 80°F. They give you everything as a takeout order even if you're eating here. Definitely need to make it about 15 degrees cooler in here.

I hate going to a restaurant even a fast food one that refuses to make the food that you actually want They only want to sell you what's already made and that really ticks me off It's my money I earned it I should be able to buy whatever I want and not be limited to just what they felt like
