Gave 4 stars for service, because I didn't appreciate the way one staff looked at me. Besides that, everything was good. This is a pit stop for the bus heading to Buffalo.Parking: It's a pit stop for Burger King, bathroom, gas, convenient store.

Bus do stop at this location, so it's busy. Local drivers, why do you bobtail park in full sized tractor/trailer spots ? So that's a downside for us OTR, nowhere to park due to the lack of respect for other drivers....Loss of revenue for the store, OTR drivers can't spend their money, if we can't park !! Clean, good place to do your 10hr if you do.The white old single cab, bobtail, sitting for what appears to be weeks should be towed from premises. Probably abandoned by the looks of it, it couldn't pass a DOT inspection if you paid them off.
Omg!!!! Disgusting!! The tables were filthy and the staff very unfriendly!! Overall I do NOT recommend eating anything there! Absolutely disgraceful!

They charged for coffee and then said we don’t have one but u can take a cold drink..I asked for refund and they said they cant as they dont know the process..trying to fool customers..unprofessional staff and seems like

We were part of a large group; 30 teens and 3 adults. Staff worked well and were very friendly. Location is a shared space with a convenience store, so it can be a tight space for a large number of people.

How can they pay these people 15 to 20 dollars an hour for simple work, and they never get the order right. All fast food needs to be automated so we can get our orders correctly. It's only a matter of time before people are not going to be needed anyway, because people are going to price themselves out to where artificial intelligence is going to take over.
