We had extremely slow service, while the restaraunt was busy, it wasnt packed.several drinks and side items had to be asked for at least 3 times and the drinks (coffee, hot tea) never actually showed up. 3 of the 9 of us ordered the Smash Burger, and all 3 were brought out exactly as described on the menu, but all 3 were ordered with at least 2 items NOT included. It's like the kitchen refused to customize them at all. Simple stuff like asking for NO sauce, or no lettuce and tomato, totally ignored.The rest of the brunch food was very good. Was just the smash burgers that were the issue.Manager, Annette spoke to the group, and offered to take care of the bill. While that was very nice, she failed to ask if it was all one check, or multiple checks, which in fact it was 4 different checks. Each check had an issue, but only one check was offered to be taken care of,.which was kind of insulting. We really weren't trying to get a discounted meal at all, simply let her know that today's experience was poor, in comparison the great past experiences. We even told her that taking care of the check wasn't required, she insisted. Really might help to offer that to everyone, not just 1/4 of the group. We simply wanted to give feedback about the issues. So that made a negative experience a bit worse.

Just left Belles Kitchen. Was so excited to have a place in town with this menu. So disappointing. My smash burger was the smallest, driest, overcooked burger I've ever had. So disappointing The roll was delicious, bacon was tasty. I even put a comment that I'd like my burger med, not well ( a friend had gone there last week and said their burger was overdone. ). My egg was cold. It seemed like everything was precooked and then put together. My husband said his waffles were ok, but home fries were stone cold

The food was amazing and delicious! My friend wasn't even hungry but couldn't stop eating the food. We had the shrimp tacos, the nibble board and Asheville hot honey chicken sandwich with the hush puppies with honey butter...get the hush puppies! You order from your phone and food comes quickly. Staff is friendly and the owner was very nice. The outdoor area was lovely. We will be back!
