Mr F.

I've driven past this place a dozen times, thought I would stop in. my waitress "Bonnie" could not have been sweeter and the food was great. next I need to bring a better appetite, because it was a lot of food. It definitely has a old-school vibe, I was waiting to see Flo come from the back (google it, for the young people). I would recommend,.

My son and I had a delightful dinner at this location. We had the pleasure of having Lenita for our server and she was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately my son is picky, but she made him feel very comfortable and satisfied with his choice and he was. ?? Thanks, Lenita for accommodating us at Country Pride.

Ordered for takeout, two egg sandwiches - egg, bacon and cheese on a bun with mayonnaise. The bun was burned, the bacon was burned and the egg was overdone to the point of being hard. When I say that they were burned, they were burned black. We could not eat the sandwiches.

Pork chops made me sick and I could only eat one of the pork chops out of the 2 that I ordered. They tasted funny. So i didnt eat anymore. Hashbrowns were old oily tasting. The eggs were o.k. Then I had severe diarrhea later on. Service was fine.

A good place for a nice breakfast. It's a bit pricier than other nearby options but it's good food and the staff were very nice.

Absolutely perfect Philly Cheesesteak Omelet. Perfectly burned my hasbrowns like I asked for and the service was superb. Thanks goesbout to Brandi for the superb service, and your cooks for their expertise.

Well, first time and last time all in one visit. First, it is a seat yourself with no signage to do so. Ask the one server what to do and she kind of snarled to pick a seat. Very unhappy and unwelcoming older gray haired woman who looked like it would have killed her to smile.. That was pretty much her attitude as well. Just not a welcoming place to go eat. Hopefully for them it was a one time deal and she's a pleasant person most of the time however, I doubt I'll make a return visit to find out. If the food was amazing which it wasn't (ok at best, super greasy) then maybe I'd give it another go. Should've checked the reviews before deciding on this place.

Server Brandie did a great job. However the food was horrible. I had the chicken parietal. The chicken was hard and slightly burnt. The spaghetti that can with it, was dried out or else not fully cooked. Sauce was like tomato paste rather than sauce very acidic. The other meal was a patty melt with soup. The broccoli and cheese soup was gross. The had it so hot the milk was curdled. Plus there was pieces of the stem that was hard and inedible. Asked for the patty melt to be medium. 1st one came out rare and had blood coming out of it. 2nd one was cooked correctly. Why hire someone to cook who can't cook. TA is shutting down all their Country Prides. Instead replacing it with fast food. It's because the CEO is only there for their paycheck and not there for the company. They could care less about any part of the TA or Petro locations. So sad cause I can remember when this location was the Buckhorn and the food was always superb. You can go to Cracker Barrel or Applebee's and eat better food for less money.

One of the better dining experiences I've had in a while. Not too busy when I was there but the staff kept everything moving at pace. Not once did I feel rushed through the meal and the atmosphere made it feel more like a home cooked meal. Inspirational quotes (from Walt Whitman to Tina Turner) on all the booths reassured you that life would be okay. The staff was upbeat, friendly, and most importantly real. They kept the drinks full and checked on me to ensure all was well. For the price, the food was overflowing the plate and ensured enough for leftovers. Very tasty and delicious. While this was the first time I was there, it most certainly will not be the last. Truck stop gem for sure!

Lavinia was very attentive and helpful. I absolutely loved the food she suggested. Tables and dishes were clean. Only thing they are missing is entertainment. Table games , TV's , wifi.... anything
