Pretty good place for quick take out. Got the beef and cheddar and it was really good. But their milkshakes is straight up ice cream lol. I could not suck that milkshake through a straw. I literally ate it with a spoon. So I don’t recommend them.

Samuel was our counter service person today.He was excellent!This young man is a rising star employee.He had a wonderful, positive attitude, and was observed to make every customer feel like a VIP.I hope corporate sees this review and gives that young man a bonus of some sort.He is one of the best younger service personelle I've seen in a long time and feel he would make an excellent company trainer for the Arby's brand.Cheers to Greensburg Arby's, Samuel.

Food was great. Treatment not so much. Who ever is working and is manager at this minute just hung up I wanted to know her name so I could call back at 3-4 (she said she might have time around then to check) and find out my answer-if I left my bank card there. Was told she couldn’t check I asked name so I can talk to her later she said I don’t have time and hung up. Very nice.
Tried the steak sandwich. Looked so good in the ad on TV. Reality couldn't tell is the square chips were meat and the I think cheese was coating the meat. Yuck. Not a good look or taste. Where did the ad picture

I have been coming to this Arby's location for over 10 years. I go here because the service is usually really good. Today, that was not the case. The girl that waited on me was so unprofessional. When I started to order she seemed to act like I was bothering her by placing an order. She was being extremely rude and I began to become annoyed.She wouldn't even let me finish speaking while I was placing my order and kept cutting me off I may have been a bit short when I spoke to her after that, but I never yelled or said anything disrespectful. She then asked me if I had some kind of problem? I said, no there is not problem but your being very rude. I continued to state that I was a manager in the food industry and that she was being very unprofessional. She then told me to leave and to get out of her line, which there was no line as I was the only person being waited on. I drove away, and as I was leaving I see this same girl giving me the finger thru the window. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location. Idk how this girl is a manage! If I treated one of my customers the way she treated me I would most likely loose my job. I hope she doesn't treat all the guests this way because she is loosing your business customers??☹️

Asked for cheese with curley fries. The cup had so little cheese you could see the bottom of the cup. Ordered a #1 classic. The amount of cheese was laughable. Ordered a coke and got dr pepper. Wow! Good job guys!!
