I’ve worked with Aunt Anna’s for several years and the biscotti were excellent. Very good sellers in the coffee businesses I’ve worked at. As of a few months ago the business is under new ownership and it shows. The recipes seem to have been completely changed and the biscotti are unrecognizable both in appearance and taste. To the new owners, don’t try to fix what wasn’t broken, go back to the original recipes.

My mom was in Greensburg today around 1 pm and we weren't sure of the hours of the store so she called to ask. The owner said she was out shopping and didn't open until 4 pm but made a trip back to open up just for my mom!! If that isn't customer service I don't know what is!! SO AMAZING!
