Overall, great time! The kids loved the food and the service was awesome. Got some water cups and amazing mini dogs and cinnamon pretzels. Definitely coming back and recommend to all!

Today I was going to Auntie Anne's in the Westmoreland Mall, with my kids. When we walked by I stopped and asked one of the employees if we have enough time to run to a store and come back. He assured me we would have until 8 p.m. so we went on and did what we were doing. When we came back by it was open as they said. I then told my kids they had to wash their hands with soap because of the Virus going around. I then came back with the kids and they closed everything down! Ugh, they knew we were coming and the nice thing to do would have need to just give us some of the pretzels but the lady refused to see them to me. She kept telling me she couldn't do anything. I said I would pay her cash and she still refused. The warmer was overloaded with every type of pretzel. I then asked what are they going to do with all the pretzels in the case. She said they bag them and reuse them the next day. I was so grossed out by this! I always thought the pretzels we get are freshly made but apparently I was wrong. They use day old pretzels ! I only asked because I wondered if they take all of them home. What a disappointment!

We always stop by for a pretzel. You can not beat Auntie Anne's pretzels. The service was fast .I will be back.

The person that took my order was very rude, and not very patuent. I had to wait for my pretzels and didn't get a chance to move before he told me to go sit down at the waiting area. I didn't get the chance to get a drink or any sauce as well. Then u saw multiple workers (there was 4 working) on their phone and not doing what they were supposed to be doing. I don't recommend this place to anyone
