Not that the one on 30 by Westmoreland Mall is terrible, but it is a 50/50 that my iced latte will be good or not.The one on 119 CONSISTENTLY makes my latte good. I've never had a bad one there. My hashbrowns were burned today... but, that's not a regular thing. Wish they would bring back the little breakfast tacos, but alas, they have a new breakfast empanada & I wasn't expecting much... but the outside is so buttery & flaky & the inside is very good & peppery. Much better than I had anticipated & I've already gotten 2.

From the time I walked into this beautiful brand new Dunkin Donuts. I was not greeted, stood there for like 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The coffee had so much sugar in it that crunched in the mouth, and the donuts were inedible. Had to be yesterday’s donuts! Shop n Save, Martins, and Giant Eagle are all better options ?

I dont go to Dunkin often, but ive noticed a positive difference in the staff since renovations. I never know what to get, and both times ive been there, both workers were really nice helping me figure out how sweet to make my coffee without judgement on how indecisive i was. I loved my coffee both times because of them. Thank you!

Update: since the new reopen. Much better staff. More polite.Old: Don’t get me started on how stupid the entrance is and I’ve passed up going to Dunkin’ several times because I don’t want to be waiting out on the road blocking traffic. Terrible design.Also you can order the same coffee every time and every time you’ll get something that tastes completely different.

Ever since the remodel, I feel like this location has stepped up their game. Each time that I have visited thus far the staff have been incredibly polite and pleasant. The coffee has been great and the bagel bites have been fully cooked and delicious. The service through the drive through is a little slow but I feel the staff are doing the best that they can and still keep a positive attitude when they get busy! Such an improvement!

Multiple experiences with rude,unprofessional employees. For my most recent encounter, I had a mobile order ready at the drive thru (I could see my name on the bag). 3 employees stood around talking and cussing quite loudly for a few minutes, looking over at me a few times. After 6 minutes, a guy points at the bag, a girl comes over and hands me the bag without saying a word. No customers were behind me, nor were there any at the counter inside. Won't be visiting that store again.

I typically always get my coffee from the Irwin or Jeannette location and never have anny issues. However I was in this area and decided to stop before work.It was disgusting. The coffee tasted old and although I ordered a pumpkin coffee with cream, it had absolutely no flavor and looked like it had no cream. It looked nothing like what it looks like when I get it from Irwin or Jeannette nor did it taste like it. Definitely will not be back.

I am an everyday customer sometimes more than once a day and since the remodle, everyone working doesn't care to take their time or pay attention. I am tired of spending money and getting horrible coffees that aren't made right or even stirred.
