Was not sure about the saucy chicken nuggets so I tried them. Not bad but not worth the hype. Only 1 car in front of me and it took 8 minutes from the time I pulled up to the microphone before my order was taken. They did mess up my order the meal I got came with a biscuit and I ordered 2 more and only got 2. Obviously I wasn't going back to drive through as another 8 minutes my food may have been cold I tried to order online but the store doesn't take online orders.

Manager tries to blame customers for things that are blatantly her fault. This place could use a complete overhaul in terms of management. The KFC in Latrobe puts this one to absolute shame. It’s shocking that they are the same chain considering the difference in service. Please fix the problem.

We went threw drive threw around 3:30 pm January 23,2024,& the lady at the window was the rudest person ever no thank you ,just pull up she said, then when she brought the order out she handed the food with an attitude not sorry for the wait,we said thank you & she walked away not even your welcome, rude rude

What can ya say about KFC. It genuinely is the best fried chicken ever! If you like chicken sandwiches, get one of their's. The only thing is they don't have lettuce to put on it. That would make it awsome!!!
KFC needs a revamp or shut down. Absolutely disgusting. Our food was cold...and it tasted like perfume. So I told the cashier and she refused to refund due to me not liking it or it being ice cold. So I bought another meal...that too was cold and disgusting. I threw both away and thanked her for being so helpful. She flipped me off and we left. Overall terrible . Go home and eat cereal.

If I could give a zero star review I would, Both times I have came here the manager had an attitude and finds a way to argue with anyone ordering very poor service and management and food has been wrong everytime and when the issue is brought up they insist I ordered what I got which is far from the truth I know what I ordered is not what I got. Long story short if you want KFC DO NOT GO HERE IT SUCKS!!! Update got my chicken sandwich and it was pink in the middle

My mobile order was wrong when I arrived. It was missing food items and no straw or fork. My drink was warm with no ice, like it had been sitting there made, for hours. The food was mediocre. Wouldn't recommend or probably get again.
