Ordered delivery directly from the website. I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese melt. This is what they gave me. I usually dont leave bad reviews but I just don't understand how you assemble this as a sandwich, look at it and think yep this is what they wanted then wrap it up and sell it for $12.79. -_-

First we’ll start off with them not having my pickup order on the shelf (Second time this happened btw) and I had to wait in line to inform a cashier of this while I got things to do (reason why I chose “pickup”). Then when I go to eat, I notice they got my order wrong. When I pay this much for food, I expect better service. I’ve only been to this location three times.

This Panera is always out of something. They also mess up my order 9 out 10 times. I feel bad for the hourly workers because this place is managed so poorly.
Everytime I order a sandwich or soup it looks nothing like the picture advertised. The amount of meat doesn't even cover the bread inside the sandwich. It is very misleading. I will spend my money at Chick-fil-A from now on.

I picked up dinner on the way home, and gave my 2-year-old the apple. She got as a side to tide her over. At one point, she kept saying you yucky, and this is what her apple looks like inside. It had a wormhole in it. They charge you $3.19 for a fountain drink.... Disgusting.

they are almost always out of one or more ingredients by late afternoon…. this time my sandwich was missing avocado but my order was in several minutes before they notified the cashier that it was out. i only found out after asking at the counter since they forgot my chips too ?. the salad was sad too but not worth a fuss. dunno if this location is the problem because this is a repeat experience for me

I found a piece of plastic in my daughter's strawberry poppy salad. I told two employees who apologized and called the manager but the manager was rude and made me feel like I was making it up. She did nothing to help and did not apologize about the situation. I did not expect this from the manager and it is very upsetting as I do not know if my daughter accidentally had some other small pieces of plastic in her salad..
