I've always loved their salads but 3 of the last 4 take out orders for chicken salads had NO chicken at all! What happened to this place?? I'll never buy anything from them anymore.

Never work here? the employees are a joke and the managers are completely unprofessional everyone has been quitting because of how unproductive most of the managers and employees are. The managers will act nice to your face so you will take a shift they want you to take but the second the happens won’t hesitate to behind your back and talk about you or if the manager who makes the schedule (Dani) doesn’t like you she will purposely cut down your hours and have and still does it to multiple employees.

Stopped there at 2 different times. They screwed up my ice vanilla latte and gave me a cold brew. 2nd time they forgot my French baguette. Not the brightest people that work here.

I went here in November 2023 - Ordered a Macchiato with a caramel shot and a fruit cup. seems easy but apparently not. No caramel in the macchiato and the fruit was moldy. Tried again, same order in December - same thing - no caramel, no utensil and moldy fruit. Friends order was equally screwed up also, and items missing. Every table in the place was dirty both times. Wont be back.

I don’t go to the mall often, so I have only been to this Panera a handful of times, but the staff is always very friendly. All their bakery items are fresh tasting and the drinks are all delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Panera! I really like the hot chocolate and smoothies!

While the employee who took my order was super nice and helpful my order was completely wrong. I ordered a teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl and got this. Lucky me cilantro tastes like soap.

Only went in for coffee, and it was lukewarm. Had to heat in the microwave. I'm not really sure if that is their way of serving coffee . If so, you can heat it to your liking? The coffee was good. It was in a food court.

The employees were very nice and quick but the portion sizes were shamefully small. I ordered a chicken napa salad sandwich to-go and I wouldn't be joking to say there might have been a 1/2 cup of salad between the bread. Unfortunately I only have a picture of the one side but you can see how small the amount of chicken was. Mostly it was lettuce to bulk it up and make it look like a giant sandwich. Very disappointed for $10...
