Everything here is pretty much perfect. None of the normal overrated stuff that looks nice and tastes bad or bland like most bakeries. Everything they have here is delicious and looks the part.

We came to try the burnt almond torte that is famous in Pittsburgh. That part was well done! Along with the chocolate cake sour was moist and tasty. The glaze doughnut brought it weak. I recommend they switch to flour for one. the cookies are on the crunchy side vice soft and chewy. I’m more of a soft and chewy cookie guy. I think overall breads and cakes may be the best part.

If you have some walnut, I don't know what they're called. But it has that walnut paste with some kind of dough around it. I don't know, but if you see this. Tell me, what's the name of it? I absolutely love them.... Or if you make the walnut rolls, let me know if and when. I will come over and buy it asap other than that the doughnuts are amazingggggggg

Very nice little bakery. Sweets that I bought were very good however nearly $20 for a half dozen thumb print cookies is a bit too pricey for me to ever be able to buy enough for a family event but very tastey. The lady who waited on me carried this miserable attitude that made me feel rushed and awkward. I am sure I'll stop in again here or there, if they could offer better prices and friendlier staff I may be back more than often.

I shop the Greensburg location of Prantls. The service is first notch as is everything they sell! I especially love their Thumbprint cookies, nut and apricot rolls (best I've ever had), and their expertly decorated cut out cookies!

Amazing. Best bakery ever. Everything is delicious, I've tried it all.
Only gave the food a two star bc the taste of my cakes were good but other then that my experience was a total disappointment with them. I had emailed back and fourth with them multiple times agreeing what would be done on my cake for a gender and name reveal for them to mess up and misspell how I wanted my child’s name along with a bit of sloppier work for them with the other work I’ve seen them post along with when the smash cake was suppose to release my baby’s gender you couldn’t even barely see the color it was and it had barely any filling to release the gender so I had to tell my other family members the gender of my baby which was the point of the cake and how I was actually going to spew my baby’s name. Ridiculous amount of money spent on two cakes that were a total disappointment for the point of them. Along with the employee that did my cake knew me and I didn’t know she had worked there or would be doing my cake went to my other family members and revealed MY baby’s gender before I got to do which is what I was even spending my money on. Your paying only for taste other then that total disappointment with these people and did nothing that we had agreed on.

It was just okay. Seems overhyped. I had a few different items, the prices were about the same as Oakmont Bakery but it wasn't as good or fresh, and there was way less selection here. They didn't have one item I was hoping for, a slice of or a mini cheesecake. Oh well. I did not try the "famous" burnt almond torte but I'm not sure I'll go back to get it either
