Oh boy, where do I even begin with this review of the Sam's Club in Greensburg, Pennsylvania? Let's just say it's not the best shopping experience you'll ever have. But hey, at least you can get your bulk toilet paper and giant bags of chips in one place, right?Let's start with the weekends. Oh my goodness, avoid this place like the plague on a Saturday or Sunday. It's like everyone in a 50-mile radius decided to come here and stock up on their essentials. The checkout lines wrap around the store, and you'll be lucky to get out of there in under an hour. It's like Black Friday every weekend. And don't even get me started on the bottle-necking. Trying to enter or leave the parking lot is like navigating a maze. I swear, it's like they designed it that way on purpose to make you spend more time in the store. You'll be stuck in your car for what feels like an eternity, watching people push their overflowing carts through the crowded aisles. And while we're on the topic of crowded aisles, can we talk about the soliciting? It's like every other step you take, someone is trying to sell you something. I've learned to avoid eye contact at all costs, lest I get roped into a 10-minute sales pitch on some miracle cleaning product that I don't need. But enough about the negatives, let's talk about the positives. The prices are decent, and you can get some pretty good deals if you're willing to dig through the shelves. And I have to admit, I've been sucked in by some of their free samples from time to time. Who doesn't love a mini hot dog or a tiny cup of orange juice?Overall, I'd give this Sam's Club a fair grade of 5 Fairs out of 10. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. Just be prepared to battle the crowds and avoid the sales reps, and you'll be fine.

Best food honestly. They typically don’t have everything ready to go but when they do its great. Pizza is huge for the price!

Went out with my Dad recently and this is where he brought me. He is fancy like that. But really, he wanted to stock up since he was already out this way after helping me out. I was really here do do the heavy lifting for him. It is set up exactly like every other Sam's Club out there. We hit it at the right time. Fairly few people in here making for a quick browsing and buying experience. Also due to the low customer count inside it made for a swift checkout time. I really can't speak to much here, I didn't really pay attention, I was kind of like a go between for my Dad and Mom. My Dad seemed a bit bent out of shape since there weren't any samples out, but I think he needed reminding that due to current circumstances that is a good thing. I guess you can say that it was a lackluster experience for me, but I really had no intentions of coming here to begin with.

I am a long term member at Sam's club. Recently, as I walk in the door, I get jumped after taking 2 steps in the door & a Sams club member says: "I need to see your membership card"! Wait a minute..... you just let 3 family in front of me walk in the door without incident, or ever asking for their membership card. Why on earth did you target me, & make me feel like an intruder trying to sneak under the radar? My looks? Do I not fit the profile of a "Sam's Club paid member"? How about placing a nice greeter who welcomes me, says hello, & hands me a sanitized wipe for my cart, like the nice greeters at Walmart do when I walk in. Obviously Sams club does not trust its paid members. I feel very insulted with your recent policy change of targeting individuals who do not walk in as "families", & instead targets me & makes me feel awkward like I am a potential thief, unless I prove otherwise. Your employees behavior recently as I enter your facility, makes me NOT wish to be a "paid member" anymore. Talk about unnecessary profiling of certain individuals. It's a disgusting policy! Change it, or lose another PAID member.

Awful customer service. My father accidentally left his wallet at the customer service desk when he was pulling out his sams card. We called later to retrieve it but the lady said they didn't have it. Went through so many hoops and wasting so much time. Called back and had to speak to a manager who did the right thing. Awful employee

Not only do they have good deals, but great food. We tried to go to Taco Bell, and waited and waited and finally walked out. We decided to get a slice of pizza at Sam's Club. It was excellent and very affordable. Toni Greensburg

We've been coming to this Sam's Club for years now. And we always leave satisfied with what we came for. Big box items always cheaper than regular grocery stores. We recently did some comparisons of eggs and butter as the holidays are approaching, and Sam's Club had most if not all grocers beat on the prices. You can never really have too much butter or too many eggs. This is actually my favorite time to come into Sam's; the holiday gifts and chocolate/candy towers start appearing! After a long, successful shopping trip, we love to grab a bite to eat at the in-house concession. I've tried almost everything and I can say it's all good (maybe not good for you, but sure is tasty!). I love the 3-meat pizza, fruit parfaits/sundaes and you can't beat the big drinks for so cheap!

I tried to stop into the Greensburg sams club to get ONE item but was rudely turned away. I got to the store front at 8:43pm knowing they close at 9pm. The entrance was blocked by a garbage can but I saw a lady at the exit still checking receipts so I tried to enter through the exit since I just needed to quickly purchase one item. Before I even neared the sliding door, the lady checking receipts turned around and angrily yelled through the door "we are closed!!" I politely said I just need one item and will be out before 9pm. She proceeded to shake her head "no" at me and repeatedly told me that I can't come in. I looked at my phone thinking "maybe they closed at 8:30pm?" I then walked outside to see the sign stating: close at 9pm. I was so shocked and appalled at the rudeness I was given. The tone of her voice was so disrespectful for someone who works in customer service. I so badly wish I tried to enter the store just to speak with a manager but I was so taken back by the circumstance I that I left. I will never go to this sams club again after this experience. I tried to give them my business but I wasn't even allowed in when the store was still technically open. My family has had a membership for years and it is sad to say that a bad customer service experience can ruin that. It makes me wonder how many other people had to deal with this employees ignorance.
