Pulled into stall, pushed order button and got no response. Drove to drive through and also had slow service. No receipt provided. Wrong sandwich received. Choose not to order anything else. Will only go back, if down in Jacksonville, NC.No more PA serviceless Sonics.

My onion rings were nothing but grease...the chicken was old and cold...and the best part was after the lady at the drive in told me to wait a few mins ..I said that's fine I wanna look at the menu...5 mins later I said I am ready when you are in case you are waiting for me to decide...and she says and I quote " maam..I need you to be patient please" ..I think waiting 5 mins in a drive thru is beyond patient...I wont be going back there!!

I used to frequently have lunch here, this time staff was so rude. They gave wrong order then stated that's what we ordered. Had 4 drinks but only gave us 2 straws. When we asked for more straws, stated we gave you straws in your bag. I will not be going to a Sonic drive in again. Not worth it!

Food at any Sonic is on the slow side because your order is always cooked fresh. It is more like going to a restaurant and eating in your car and not really a fast food joint. With that in mind, food is always great here and service is friendly.

Staff just not that bright. I asked if the card terminal had "pay wave". I lost my debit card & been using R.F.I.D on my phone. They didnt know what that was? Asked me if I just asked them what their wage was! I swiped a credit card. They didnt day anything else & a vindictive @ss girl (with a smirk) brought the food out. Like she hated life!The shake seems like they half @ss mixed it. I probably wont return. The ice cream machine was down at mcd (like always!). Food was at least fresh.

Didn't get to try food. We ordered through the drive thru, went to pay at the self-serve kiosk, it wasn't working so we waited for someone to come to the window. We ordered milkshakes, and it looked like the ice cream machine wasn't working. We waited for almost 10 minutes and no one had said anything to us, we knocked on the window to talk someone, and this girl straight up looked at us and turned her back and kept her conversation going. Awful service. We would have been very understanding if there was an issue communicated to us, but quite literally turning her back on us was unacceptable.
