I'm writing this so management knows what's going on in their restaurant. After being seated for ten minutes and seeing another family seated and waited on, I went to the front and asked for our server. Promptly "ML" came and took our order. We ordered a full rack of ribs platter and the pulled pork platter. Both were delicious, but there was less pulled pork than in prior visits. "ML" had family/friends seated nearby, and she spent a lot of time with them, even sitting with them. We had to ask for bags to put our take-home containers in; a good server would bring them without being told. Their food has always been top-notch; the servers, not good.

They didn't put the one order of fries in the bag for door dash. Call back to get a refund and they rudely say to call door dash. Five guys is way better. Save your money with this place and go somewhere else. I wish I would have. AWFUL!!

Their brown sugar ribs and smoked wings are amazing. Ask for the garlic mayo for the fries! Also best friend pickles I've had anywhere.

Very good bbq, certainly the best you will ever find in a chain resteraunt, this location is very easy to access the outside was nice and clean, the inside was mostly clean as well. I really enjoyed my food as did everyone else in my party, which included a picky toddler so that's always good. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly and overall it was a great experience and I'm sure I'll make return visits

Fabulous dinner after a long drive! I needed vegetables, so I opted for the broccoli and sweet potato fries. ? The ribs were delicious and fell off the bone. I also enjoyed a beer sampler to wash down my dinner.

Easy seating on Father’s Day. Friendly service and prompt food delivery. The portions have reduced since our last visit pre-pandemic as cornbread half the size and turkey platter not enough food for husband. Dessert cookie with ice cream delicious. Pulled pork always a favorite here. Good place to stop for a meal. Mid range pricing.
If you stick with the BBQ menu items you will be pleased. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The baked potatoes and beans were hot and tasty. But don't bother with the new Mahi items. I ordered the Mahi tacos. The pickled onions and sauce on the tacos were tasty but the Mahi was about the size and thickness as a stick if gum. At first I thought they forgot the fish altogether but I finally found it under the sauce. Server was awesome and I think she was the only one at lunch time.

Becky was my bartender and she was so fun! She matched the energy of each and every guest, giving them personalized service. You want a professional top tier server? Becky. You want a laid back server who will crack a joke or two? Becky. I wish the bar was open for actual seating, but with Covid rules, I was just sat close to the bar. I also noticed a manager going around and checking with each table. Becky said that Ashleigh was the acting GM and it was just really nice to see how much the staff cares about their customers. I will always stop back when I'm in town for work.
