The person who took our order at this Wendy's was very nice, patient, and helpful. I've been to many Wendy's restaraunts and the food at this location always seems to be made fresh and good. The reason that I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere and overall is because the table that I sat at was a little sticky and there was a mild odor in the restaraunt. That being said, I used to work in restaraunts, and I know that employees can get used to certain smells: I think they just need to make sure that they are using the correct cleaners and make sure that they are diligent about cleaning the customer area.Parking: There is a good amount of parking at the front and side of the restaraunt: and more in the back if it is busy

The bacon was burnt on my bacon cheeseburger there was hardly any Burger on it and it was like shoe leather Express.Parking: There was plenty of parking in a parking lot that was free.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the place is wheelchair accessible from outside to inside.

The "workers" if you want to call them that need to start listening to the customers and stop smoking weed, I spent $12 for something I didn't order, I should have just used my best judgment and went to Longhorn for takeout, it would have only been a couple more dollars and I can promise they would not screw up a simple

I order online, go to pick it up, there’s a semi truck in the middle of the drive thru unloading a truck order. Fine whatever I’ll go pick it up inside, doors are locked, a whole hour before close. Had to call the manager about my order that they knew I was going to pick up in the drive thru, paid for and everything, for the manager to ask me if I was gunna walk through the drive thru for my order when asked if I can just walk up to the door. Finally after getting my food, it’s cold, the nuggets are literal shriveled dried up fried bits from 3+ hours ago and the cheese was literally out the fridge cold on my fries. Crack must be in the air over there, all this before even 10:30. Nuts

Drive thru stole my debit card numbers then employee used at other fast food place!!! Called Gerald manager he was no help defending his employees however bank immediately agreed it was theft,so do not use a debit card if you do check your account!!

We placed a carry out order, arrived at 7:30. Found the dining room closed. Received multiple meals per bag with no sauces, ketchup, or spoons for the Frostys.Went back through the line to get our sauces and missing stuff. Finally pulled away at 7:55. Food was cold by the time it was managed.Discovered after we left that we had ordered 2 small and 2 large meals but received 4 small fries. Far better off moving on to the next Wendy's.I do understand what short staffed means, I've worked in the same circumstances, but especially how much we're paying we should be able to receive a basic level of quality and service.

Terrible experience. I went inside and the girl taking my order was so sweet. The girl who gave me my cups and bagged my order was an absolute bit**. The soda fountain did not have one diet drink available in it, and as I am diabetic I am unable to have regular pop. I nicely asked the girl if there was another soda fountain I could get a diet drink from and she told me no and was rude about it. I was just wondering how you guys were filling the drive thru drinks as I saw nobody go out to the lobby to fill any drinks but “there was no other soda fountain.” Maybe hire some better employees or go over customer service. Girl taking my order is who you need more workers like.
