Ate at their food truck at Jimmy Jax Shine Shack in Dillsburg. Ordered the Memphis which is suppose to come layered with Mac n cheese, pulled pork, bacon, cheddar cheese and crispy onion rings. When I opened it the only thing in it was Mac n cheese and pulled pork. I thought it was salvageable. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and the pulled pork was so dry and crunchy. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Absolutely terrible.

I used to come here frequently and decided to place an order for pick up since they will be permanently closed. Well good, because wow everything was terrible. Waited 45 minutes past my supposed pick up time (that was given to me) half of my order was wrong. An entire box of food was beyond soggy and cold. Other food that was somewhat warm, didn’t taste good whatsoever. My ribs were nothing besides fat. 0/10.

Did a large group order and it was correct for just about everyone. Flavor was must have been good.nobody complained.order was ready when they said it would be.and all of the orders were hot. I m not a barbecue style restaurant person. But for what I ordered it worked fine for me. I would order the same thing again.

I got the 1lb rib platter which is a full rack of ribs. And sadly that was literally the only good part of the meal. The ribs I can say were cooked to absolute perfection. Absolutely. Fell off the bone. Sweet tangy smokey it was good. Now my sides I have a issue with and they were premium sides so I had to pay a upcharge on it. I got the crab Mac and cheese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY ON IT. There is literally no crab in it at all. At least in mine there was none it was straight up Mac and cheese which was Mediocre at best. It wasn't the greatest. Especially for a BBQ place I kinda expected more out of the Mac and cheese. And my second side was the cheddar loaded mashed potatoes. It is regular mashed potatoes. There's like no cheddar in it at all now yes there is bacon but I didn't taste or see cheddar. And normally with cheddar it gives off a color Especially if it melted in the potatoes. Which was not there. The potatoes them self were average. Nothing special separating it with others honestly. The service was alright got the bag thrown out and was told here you go so it was typical hanover service. And I used to eat here a lot but they just fell off. I was excited for the crab Mac and cheese and was let down tremendously won't be eating there again for a while.

Love this place so much! I get lunch and dinner here regularly and they know me by name and my order! I'm so sorry I wasn't told her name but the blonde haired young lady that works the register is so sweet to me and she's the one who knows me by name and order.
We found this place purely by a lucky accident during our 17th anniversary after being told by Olive Garden that they had a 20 minute wait. I must say we were very in our decision to come here instead. The food is phenomenal, best BBQ I've had in 13 years. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. We've told friends and family about this restaurant for a month after our first visit ❤️

The pulled pork was a couple of days old, at least and the baked beans were runny and had a weird flavor.2 stars for the tea1 stars for the food(the bun on the pulled pork sandwich was good)Maybe I should have gone at night or on a weekend and the food would have been better because I can't figure out why this place is rated so well.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the crab fries this go around wasn’t very good. The sandwiches were tasty and loaded with meat. And the flavor was excellent! The crab fries toppings was burnt and wasn’t much crab on them like last time.? update?Spoke to Alley and she took care of me they are going to remake my fries next time we stop in. Thanks 3 hogs ?

No-frills BBQ joint in the snack food capital of the world? Count me in! Pros: Very, and I mean VERY, tasty meats. Brisket rocked. Had 6 different BBQ sauces to try. Mix and match it up! Cons: When I say it was no-frills, I mean it was no-frills. Not the most visually-appealing restaurant. Ca$h only. These cons are the reason why 3 Hogs did not get 5 stars. Summary: Cannot rant and rave enough about how good the food was! Pro Tip: Try the crab hush puppies, experiment with the different sauces. Pro Tip 2: Try the Trough! meat, baked beans, cole slaw, mac and cheese all piled into a bowl. Good Lord that was delicious!

Nothing fancy- we almost missed the place. But the food was very good! Large portions. Staff friendly. You get 2 complementary beers if you would like. They had some picnic tables out back and a guy was singing and playing guitar while we ate. We were only in town for the day, but will return when in Hanover again.

So much good food to choose from here. Stick to your ribs comfort food! The Captain's fries were amazing, but a touch too salty. (I would get them with lite whiz next time, too). The brisket Mac and cheese was oddly a sandwich and I wish it had been a bowl with no bread. The burger was also delicious. Plenty of sauces to choose from, as well, to customize your experience. They have fountain drinks and a nice collection of bottled craft sodas. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Great visit all around.
