Couldn’t believe the drive thru prices, and ended up ordering just 1 RB sandwich to share and 2 med cokes for 2.69 each. Very small size for medium cokes and 2/3 filled with ice. Not offered or given any sauces for sandwich at window. No napkins in bag either. Expected much better than we got. Won’t be going back.

My advice is to just steer clear. The place is an absolute dump. I was in a rush and stopped in the drive-thru for a quick bite. I ordered a beef and cheddar. Well, you couldn't find the cheddar, and my roll must have been a week old. Stale and flavorless. I knew the meat would be pressed meat, but it's supposed to be moist and still have good flavor. It was dry and tasted like wall paper. Most of my reviews and I do many are positive. However, this location serves unedible food. I ended up just throwing it away. My recommendation is just to avoid this eatery. I feel like I got robbed. It truly was that bad.

Went earlier today after church service and dined in. There was only one straw left out, no napkins, no ketchup refilled. Top it off, only two people working and I went to use bathroom but couldn't...girls bathroom was freezing cold. Had no desire to ring service bell afterwards. My family and I just wanted to leave and find a warm bathroom.

I almost never guve these kind of ratings, but this was my 3rd time trying to use this location for a meal. 3rd time and had to leave the line because of waiting over 10 minutes to even talk to someone. What he said to me was, give me a few more minutes and 5 minutes later, still no conversation. I think they need more help. Kinda felt sorry for what may have been 1 person doing everything. Is your manager scaring people away or maybe the pay scale needs to be improved upon?

Beef and cheddar was cold. The meat didn't smell right. The curly fries were luke-warm, at best. The lobby smells terrible and everything is very unkept. I threw away my entire meal. I grew up rural and poor and questionable food usually doesn't bother me and I'm not particular on cleanliness but this place is bad.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Only reason I am leaving this review is because I used to work in A LOT of Food Service places (Subway, Rite Aid and Cracker Barrel). And I was DISAPPOINTED in seeing this place and how much it has gone down to SHIT.As a Food Service place, people other than employees (such as kids, nieces, etc) should NOT be allowed BEHIND the register counter. They should be im the dining area or not in the building AT ALL, but not behind the counter as there are MANY dangerous areas that they can get hurt.The tables, floors and Soda areas ARE NOT CLEAN AT ALL. You can hear your shoes sticking to the floor as you walk through the place and getting condiments for ur food FORGET ABOUT IT. Its not stocked and COMPLETELY destroyed and stick all over. VERY DISPLEASING. If I was a health inspector or regional manager, I would definitely have fired the employee with the kid as well as make sure the ENTIRE restaurant is CLEANED. UNACCEPTABLE

Our first trip to this Arby's was good but the second one not so much. The food was tasty and the employees were very pleasant, but when you order multiple items they seem to get confused. There were sandwiches missing from our order. I have faith that our next visit will be better.

Piss poor customer service. Stood at the counter for five minutes and the only person to be found was the cook who made no acknowledgement and made no effort to go into the back area where somebody was having a conversation to let them know a customer was waiting. Will never go
