Me my sister mom dad and cousins went to the drive thru it was a Sunday or Saturday I think bc they closed at 8:00pm and it was 7:40 when we got there and we were ordering and I will admit we were taking a bit long but then my dad got rudely interrupted bye the drive-thru worker she said " ARE YOU ALMOST DONE" an annoyed rude tone and when we got to the window she was really rude and the only good part was the food never eating or coming here again terrible service.

This Burger King is so clean and has the cutest decor ever. It gives you a sense of the old days… When things were great! Yes- great!! USA!! Everyone at the counter was pleasant and helpful. You can’t find this very much anymore. This was a real throwback, and I think a big kudos needs to go out to the store. I hope they never change a thing about this and keep hiring Great people. Even the outdoor play area was amazing.

I despise when people give me mayo and try to kill me. I am allergic. Didn't realize my burger had mayo until I was already to the Maryland line. I turned around and came all of the way back to Hanover to get my money back. Used plenty of gas. At which time the manager called me a birch and refunded me money for the Burger only. Time to close this one down. I will report this to corporate.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to dairy. Thanks for the death burger.

Food was as good as it could be but you could hear the workers swearing at each other. It was a bit worrying but it wasn't a bad experience

save your life because you'll be waiting 30 mins in line for a small sandwich. do yourself a favor go to sheetz or McDonalds or hell do it yourself you thank me in the end. the employees there are not friendly at all plus the odor that comes out of the window you would want to eat in the county morgue. not only they will mess up your order they'll argue with you about it. I'm sure if you asked for a cup of water they'd fukk it up in the end as well.

Slow drive thru. Must be understaffed like everywhere else. Food was good though.The fricken app was a joke. I couldn't get it to load. Not the restaurants fault. But they had free cheeseburgers this weekend thru the app.

False advertising: stating dine- in but dining room has not been open the last 6 times we tried to eat there! So on to another fast food place?No wonder you are losing customers ?

Food's usually fine, if they're actually open. It's 2pm on a Saturday, and the drive thru's closed. Happens every time I use my work break to come here, I get here, and there's always a cone blocking the drive thru.

Food was nasty and a waste of money. My fish sandwich was hard as a rock onion rings cold and hard chicken sandwich cold hard. The only thing edible was the burger never ever eating there again. The worst part was they had more then enough time to make fresh food because we ordered threw uber eats. They just don't care. Don't waste your money. They should be ashamed to send food out to there customers like what was given to me.

I went to the Burger King in Hanover Pennsylvania in the giant shopping center for drive-through yesterday. There were two lanes open and only two cars in the first lane and no cars in the second lane. I drove up to the second lane placedmy order. The employee asked for my order and I started to give it. I had only ordered one of the three items when she asked me to hold. And then she proceeded to wait on that one not two but three cars in the other lane. So I drove up to the window and explain the situation to the other employee. The first employee made a groaning sound, to which I responded you don't need to have an attitude when you're the one that messed it up. So we ended up holding up the line to give our order and wait for them to give us the wrong thing three times. The service was horrible. The food wasn't that good and what they gave us wasn't what we ordered. But it wasn't worth going back. I worked drive-through at fast food and I know that it's not a fun job. People are nasty and you can't understand them and they may speak the language you don't understand. But you completely ignore the customer and then make a groaning noise when they have to correct it is totally unprofessional. Maybe this is just an exception for this Burger King. This was only my first visit there. Hopefully your experience would not be the same.

stopped in on a Friday at lunch to find out they don't have any whoppers. Come on BK not having whoppers what a joke. asked for a receipt an yes they don't have any reciept paper either. Had to get a chicken sandwich which I had to through away because it was under cooked in the middle. place is a joke. They need to just shut the place down. Will never go there again
