Your custom cake and cupcakes were a show-stopper. ***I ordered a Highland Cow 6” cake (peanut butter mousse with chocolate icing) and sixty plus highland cow cupcakes (yellow, chocolate and pumpkin flavors) to supplement.The butter cream frosting had the perfect combination of flavor, smooth texture with just the right amount of sweet. The cake and cupcakes were fresh and moist (even after I had them in the refrigerator for an extended amount of time). The Cake Bar captured the perfect amount of frosting to cake ratio. Each treat was and simply scrumptious.The cake and cupcakes were delicately decorated and exploding with “WOW”. Your skill, creativity and artistic talent are remarkable. Each cupcake and the cake were a work of art of their own.From my initial inquiry, working through a concept and to final delivery, I was given a really personalized and professional service. “I follow this place on Facebook but never knew exactly where it was. I drove past it so many times, never noticed. Then I'm at Sourh Hanover lakes, looking at the map, and noticed it was right there. Of course I had to try some coffee.They sell crafts too. Very nice server/cashier.“
“The prices here are unbelievable! I got a 12 inch churro for 1 dollar and a pretzel pizza for 1.86 or something. They don't have healthy options really, but you can get a salad or wrap that's to the left when facing the cashier. It is free refills as long as your in the store I believe. They also have frozen yogurt and sundaes.“
“The creams are delicious, the bread is very fresh because it is very soft. The place is warm and comforts you for a cool day with a hot coffee or chai tea. “MJ’s Café is a small, cozy restaurant near the intersection of Highways 27 and 30 in Manchester Maryland. The food on the menu is all home-cooked comfort food and is delicious. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and we never had to wait for anything we needed. This is a great place to grab a delicious and expensive bite to eat.“
“We’ve eaten here 3 times. The food is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The tiramisu is homemade and one of the best I’ve had. Not sure why more people don’t frequent this place. The tortellini ala crema is outstanding. Highly recommend.“
“They let us hold a Save the Pool meeting here on several occasions! The people are super nice and friendly! I just had a milkshake and mozzarella sticks but they were delish. They accomodated me by making my chocolate milkshake the old-fashioned way - vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. Very upbeat mom & pop style place!“
“This is our "go to" coffee shop. We like to stop when coming into town for business or shopping. It's not fancy or trendy. It is friendly people, good conversation, great drinks, & tasty pastries. I only wish that they were open earlier so that I could stop on my way to work some mornings.“
