Too busy very slow to get your order food was wrong. Customer service was good but was a pain to have to go back in and get corrected after waiting so long to order and get the food in the first place.

I get the same meal for breakfast every day at chik fila now suddenly they tell me they can't change the yellow egg to egg whites today wanna then get smart about it. I will never go back to this location.
I know a lot of people really like Chick-fil-A including my kids and grandkids. The three stars are for them. They would have given five. I have tried them over and over. Each time they are mediocre.
I have to take my daughter there all the time as well as a lot of other fast food restaurants being that she has a job & she pays for the stuff that she wants to eat because of that. I don't like the taste if chick-fil-A because it taste like they cook everything in the same batch of peanut oil. Also they only sell Chicken which I'm a Stake Lady!!! I think that there prices are way too high for Chicken. Chicken is still considered to be way cheaper then Beef!!! So why does it cost $56.00 for 2 4 piece tenders only & 1- 8 piece nugget meal reg size & 1 4 piece chicken tender meal reg size & another 4 piece chicken tender strip only??? So it's 12 tender strips & an 8 piece nuggets meal reg size & a 5 piece tender strip meal reg size as well??? Outrageous for the price!!!

I went to the Hanover PA location and my fries were burned and tasted like day old oil. The grilled chicken was hard and charred.
