I wish they had negative stars, because this place deserves a negative -2.....I placed a pick-up order, NEVER AGAIN THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD THE TRIO FAJITAS THE RICE WAS DRY & HARD, THE STEAK WAS RUBBER ? OOO THEN THEY BURNT MY APPETIZERS ? NEVER AGAIN. YOU GAVE ME BURNT FOOD, THIS WAS MY LAST TIME EATING FROM THIS PLACE NEVERRRRRRR AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I'm a long-time visitor of chilli's, I love the food, and the staff is always understanding and attentive. The only reason I rated the atmosphere a 1 is not because of the workers, but because my wife, and my 3 kids (under 5 mind you) and I were seated next to a larger party. The adults (4 or 5 in total) in this party were super obnoxious, and they let their kids (6 in total ages around 5 to 12) literally sit in the WINDOW ledges and STAND on the chairs and run around the table with little to no supervision. I understand that it was one of their birthdays, but that doesn't excuse poor parenting and obnoxious behavior ( for example, excessive volume in talking and yelling over one another) in a public setting. They created an unpleasant environment for my family and myself. I'm no "Karen," but there are some things that's should just be common sense. My 5 year old acted way more mature then all of them and that's saying a lot.

We came here on a Saturday night, with a party of 5, the wait for our food took awhile and 3 meals came out wrong or cold. We spoke with the manager and he was super apologetic, he gave us 50% off our bill and free desserts for the hassle($28 total for 5 people). Our waitress was so sweet and apologetic. I didn’t get any names but we are so grateful to them for being kind, patient and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Good food, good service. A slice of toast was served with my gluten free meal so they had to make it again.Dietary restrictions: They seem to be aware and knowledgeable about gluten allergies but just like anywhere else, you have to be alert.

I had the Bacon rancher cheeseburger and my wife had the grilled chicken fajitas very delicious. The place was packed for a rainy Saturday afternoon but our server Andy did a great job taking care of us and the rest of his tables.

The water is horrible, service was bad for the second time. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. It's a very crowded place and needs some upkeep to make the environment nicer. The food is always good so the rest is asham.
Came here on a Friday night , I joined the wait list on their website and waited to go in and then we are the 1st person next waiting then they seat 3 more groups infront of us . Even thought we waited 50minutes . Then comes to find out you still have to tell the host you are their . What’s the point of the waiting list online if it isn’t true . I won’t be back. The host was rude when I tried to explain things
