The meat is always burnt or rock hard absolutely inedible, it’s a total bait and switch. They are taking everyone’s money and burning all the food because they don’t care about the customers but know people will continue to order.. Health department needs to seriously be called on this place. No way they would pass.

I had my partner place an order and I picked it up on my way from work. When I got home, I realized that my order was incorrect. We attempted to call and tell them our order was wrong and we just wanted the right food. They told us we made the mistake not them. We then brought the food back to the restaurant and stated that we received the wrong order. We didn't even ask for a refund at this time. My partner was then screamed at in the restaurant in front of everyone. It would be different if my partner raised their voice or got belligerent, but that was not the case. I paid money for food I never received and the restaurant refused to offer any help in remedying the situation. We brought the food back and still they would not work with us and just yelled. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Be warned if you have a dispute with this place they will take your money, yell at you and call you stupid for even attempting to fix a mistake that they caused.

The egg rolls are not very good quality, but otherwise the dishes that I have tried here are pretty good for the slightly cheaper price of the location I usually go to. It's not my first choice around Hanover, but is still very decent for the price of the food. Overall a decent place for standard chinease food.

The Szechuan shrimp wasn’t Szechuan or even shrimp. Overcooked veggies. The only plus was they were fast and pleasant.

Normally I’m pleased .... this time NOT AT ALL... after reading other reviews I new better than to call for a refund , the brown sauce that I paid EXTRA for was watered down, the rice was half hard and the duck sauce tasted as if it was bad !!! The egg roll was burnt And to top it off NO sugar on my sugared doughnuts normally this is my go to... but I’ll be rethinking that next time I want chinese there’s nothing worse than spending 40$ to be unpleased

I ordered honey chicken and it was the worst chicken I ever had. Way over cooked. I couldn't even get a fork into it. When I did take a bite, it was impossible to chew. The fried rice was bland, no real flavor to it. Called to complain which I normally don't do but felt it was legit. Had to have a 10 minute conversation with the woman telling me she was the one who cooked it and it wasn't overcooked. I finally just hung up on her after her yelling at me. Did you ever see National Lampoon Christmas vacation and the turkey was all dried up inside? Yep, that was my chicken and it WAS severely overcooked.Would never recommend this place nor will I ever return.
