My burrito wasn’t fully wrapped so everything was coming out the bottom and the sides. If I order a burrito I expect it to be wrapped tight if I want my food to be out I’ll get a bowl next time. This is ridiculous

If I could give a zero I would. Hanover PA location has to be the worst from here to Oregon. The place is filthy, they argue over who is going to wait on you. When you do get waited on that person has an attitude. I got mostly all rice that wasn't done and the chips were stale this is the 3rd time there and each time I hope management would have made some changes no such luck. Hopefully thinks will change until then I will find another Chipotle.
Pretty disgusting. Place was filthy. Nobody was wiping tables down. Work area was a mess. Got a taco and burrito, which were cold and a drink. Payed way too much. Better off going to Taco Bell. Don't see what the hype is about this place

The lady who helped me on front line was great but the food was cold, and the rice wasn't even cooked nearly. It was like biting into little bits of rock
The food is great but the prices are high & they shouldn't take the food that is in the bottom end of the containers & mix in with the new full containers that they replacing . It just put bacteria into the fresh food.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Brought 4 bowls they acted very stingy with the food ask for chicken was not even a half spoon full only couple pieces, ask for more which was charge double understandable but like I said the 1st spoon full was a couple of pieces not even half the spoon , they were rushing and not even busy , didn’t even receive everything we asked for on them which I understand they gotta keep the line going again was not busy though , they just kept pushing our stuff down , the drink area was so dirty with trash and everything and no straws , so we went to the counter asked for straws played the waiting game as the cashier asked them to get us some no one did but her so thank you to the cashier

My husband and I ordered our food and when we went to pick a place to sit, every table was filthy, we now know why NO ONE was eating in. The cups they gave us were filthy on the outside and plasticware was filthy from soda area. All employees were young and just busy talking instead of cleaning for the customers to actually eat. We got lids and ate our food in our truck.

Got help from this lady worker who was constantly screaming with no need to. The portion sizes are the bare minimum. Instead of grabbing a new cheese container, this worker scrapes the bottom of the bin for cheese and puts the smallest amount in my bowl! The food was barely warm. Extremely dirty place to eat at. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

So I go in here like twice a week. And always spend 30-50 dollars at LEAST. Today around 11:10 this little young girl was just so rude during the entire interaction. Like I was bothering her by ordering food there. Then she practically threw the little cup of guacamole at the (very kind) cashier boy to give to me. Idk if she’s racist or on her period or what, either way, you don’t let it get involved In your work. Honestly shocked cause I’ve never had an issue in here.
