We spoke to Patty the manager who welcomed us. She was very friendly and accommodating. first off didn't receive nothing to eat with. I got the 3 meat and thought I was getting a chicken brest and sliced brisket well I got cold little chuncks of chicken and shredded brisket about all I can say ribs were good except had no sauce that I ordered and didn't get

I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats and Doordash. I'm in and out of restaurants all day. Before this I've done nothing but manual labor (I know laziness when I see it). These people move with a purpose. If your food is cold it's probably because your order was ready before you were expecting it to be. If you have to wait for your food it's most likely because they're MAKING it and they don't serve leftovers. If they make a mistake, it's an honest one (they are people too). Treat them with respect and you'll leave happy.

Very disappointingDon't go here if you know good barbecue. Everything tasted freezer burnt and was well overcooked.It looked like the ribs had been sitting out for days and meat was harder than the bones.The pulled pork was very dry too.

We tried Dickeys again. I must say, the Brisket bbq sandwich was delicious & full of meat! Awesome original sauce, mac & cheese, yummy, potato salad, not homemade, but good. Husband loved the jalapeno beans, spicy & tangy. Service was friendly & accommodating! IPA'S on draft. Manager is awesome! Andy & Grace were very welcoming! They are veteran owned & do a lot to support local vets! If you haven't been, give it a chance! I've seen reviews of them being out of things! Every place is out of things! Forgiven! They have our support in Hanover, Pa.

We arrived at 8pm, and they closed at 9 and were out if everything except pulled pork and brisket. In my opinion, you should be able to serve your full menu during your open hours. The staff was rude, the guy actually said "it is an hour before closing, what do you expect?" We will never be back.

the two gentlemen working tonight were amazing! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and not rush us for dinning in even when it was 10mins to closing. The food was great! these two guys deserve more than just kudos!

We got carry out for first time here and were not very impressed. The pulled pork, turkey and brisket in our order were tasty but the brisket was dry. Also, we ordered a caesar salad as one of our sides. Not having been here before we were not aware of the container size for sides. It was OK for the potatoes and beans, but come on now. The salad was in a 3" diameter x 1" high container. Dickey's needs to learn that 3-4 one inch lettuce leaves does NOT make a salad. And to top it off, the salad wasn't even romaine lettuce that defines a caesar salad. Just some pale uninviting leaves. Not being picky, just not impressed at all. Won't be returning here anytime soon.?
If you like gambling, Dickey's is a great place from which to order. Will I get all of my meals? Will the meat platters include the meat I selected? Who knows! Placed an order today for a 3 meat platter with chicken, pulled pork, and sliced brisket, and 2 kids meals with pulled pork and macaroni and cheese. What I got was ONE kids meal and the three meat platter had, in fact, only one meat (pulled pork, in case you were wondering). When I tried to call and complain/set them straight/get the hell what I ordered, the number listed on the Dickey's website AND Google was a fax line. So I couldn't even alert them to just how badly they screwed up. I've worked in the service industry before. I understand it sucks and I'm sorry. But do your job. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read an order that comes in and put it together.

Usually the food is great but this time the food left little to be desired. I did get the food at 3:30 but I believe there is a way to serve delicious food all day long, whether it's making fresh or rehydrating the meat with it's own juices. I ordered the 3 meat platter and I thought that I ordered brisket twice and jalapeno sausage but I received Brisket, jalapeno sausage, and pulled pork. I'm not going to stop eating Dickies bbq. I just wanted to let you know so it possibly doesn't happen again.

First time trying Dickey's and I won't be going back. Wanted wings and was told they had none. Then asked for a pork and kielbasa plate and was told it would be a few minutes till the kielbasa was done. Then was told they had no kielbasa. Finally got a pulled pork sandwich and when I got home roll was dry. Not impressed at all.

I have eaten here about 22 times in the past few years and today it was sub standard to say the least.Brisket was dry and tasteless and the side I couldn't eat.
