Food was absolutely amazing as always, this is a stable and we brought our family here to try it. The server wasn’t pleasant and they seemed to fix the issue giving us a new server and we didn’t even have to say anything. The first server also messed up our pizza which they fixed and expedited the order. Other than that service issue the food was so so good and fresh, very big portions for a good price and they had karaoke night which was fun to listen to!

Last time I checked, Capicola Ham did not look like Oscar Mayer bologna. Also, I think this cheeseburger sub is missing a few things.Responding to Reply:Then your site needs an update because the "Make Plain" is located with the French Fry add-ons, as seen in the screenshot. What was on the Italian sub was definitely bologna.

Friendly atmosphere. Crab soup was delicious. Also, lasagna, baked ziti, stromboli, and chicken alfredo was all good!!! And, they had a 60s band that was quite entertaining!!???

Carryout for Brandi, was lost and under "Bandi," then found and was short 12 wings. So we had to find the issue, then wait for order correction. Food was okay to good. Many people looking to drink was overcrowding. But that's the gist of it. Great sometimes and bad other times ?♂️
Ordered for delivery on 3/22. 2 of the 3 items we had to throw away bc they were not edible. 1 was the chicken sandwich which was so over cooked it was hard all the way through. The 2nd was the shrimp and avocado salad (added grilled chicken). The shrimp was under cooked. And the avocado tasted like it was dropped in a cleaning/sanitizer bucket and then put on the salad. Both items we have had before so we are familiar. I called 3 times about a refund for the items we could not eat and haven't heard back or received anything. So now I'm giving a 1 star review and contacting the BBB. Thanks for the professional response guys.

*update* we finally gave them a second chance today at lunch time. This was our first time here in the new building. It’s very nice inside. We got take out, it was done quickly and it was hot and delicious. So I updated it to a 5 star from a 4 star. They seem to really have stepped it up since entering their new building. The parking is Also nice. We will definitely be back ?Eating in the food is amazing, we’ve had many of their subs, their pizza tons of times, the mozzarella sticks, French fries, chicken tenders. All very good. Their make your own pizza is also great! I just would not recommend getting take out. Every time we get take out the food is very, very, very cold when we get it (at least in the evenings).
