Terrible service. Ordered 40 minutes prior to picking up, was told it would be another 40 minutes once I got there. An hour and a half for 4 pizzas?

The pizza was just bad all around.The crust was thin in areas and thick in others. Pizza was cut bad. We had to recut. Could not pull a slice of pizza out without it falling apart in pieces. Had to eat it with a fork. Just all around bad pizza. Made sense once we opened it why it only took about 25-30 minutes from the time order was placed till we received it. Just not up to their usual standards.

Never issues with service. But you should really update your availability. Google shouldnt say a store is open until 12am unless you can order until then.

Everything was cooked perfectly. The cheese bread I got is even bigger than imagined. The cheesy bacon tator tots are delicious. But Please STOP begging for tips. Even when I say NO they beg/will not leave until I give the delivery driver something. It has only happened from 2 delivery drivers. One I’ve already complained to the manager about because he broke something of mine outside my house when I politely reminded him not to knock due to me having a puppy. This time the women knocked and once I opened the door handed me my stuff then begged for a tip. I had $2 left to my name and had to give it to her. So unprofessional. She didn’t take no for an answer.

The driver refused to deliver my order when I simply asked to check the temperature of my food after it was placed two hours prior then after fighting with the manager over the phone for over the course of the next two hours I was then told they were going to call the police on me because they would not serve me my food do not ever use this location

If I order a chicken Alfredo bread bowl and you give me my total and tell me to pick it up, I'm gonna expect to get the chicken Alfredo bread bowl. why would you wait until after I paid to tell me "we haven't had those in like 2 years". If u thought McDonald's had lazy or rude customers I think this place takes the first place prize as being terrible at their jobs.

I just want to say from the minute we walked into the store Cameron was so kind, professional and went above and beyond to help me place my order. I wanted the deal online, he washed his hands sat down with me and my children to help me place the order on my phone. He then was soo kind as to write out the instructions for me so if I had any problems in the future, I would get it done with no problems. (hopefully) I'm not tech savvy and this was a big help. My children were anxious and excited. My daughter has severe ADHD and would not stop asking for a soda.I usually do not give her soda but decided to allow her to have it and share with her brother. Cameron was so kind he offered to buy her the drink.Cameron displayed above and beyond customer service and I appreciate his kindness and work ethics. Hoping to come back soon and I advise anyone looking to buy pizza to come to the Elm St Dominos in Hanover.

Apparently when something goes wrong with the online order temporarily, they don't look back at any of the time of orders, they just keep moving forward without any care.. nothing like ordering an hour ahead of schedule to being told it will be another 10 to 12 minutes, then 10 minutes later, being told it just went into the oven, will be another 10-12 additional minutes. 1st world problums I guess..

Will never return back to this location. Store Manager is a young guy who has no idea how to deal with customers if there's a problem. Gave me false info on how to contact the District Manager. Took over a week for DM to contact me and that was a waster of time. Do not visit this location, visit the one on Baltimore Street in Hanover. I was laughed at and DM did not think that was an issue and the food was terrible. I wasn't looking for anything free, but they did not even offer a discount. This franchise is going down hill.
